I used too love this car wash. I pay for Ultimate wash, and they do my car with a basic wash. This already happened twice. I called and they want me to come back like I have that time. They also offered a free car wash I don’t want a free car wash I already paid for it. I just want the manager to talk to his workers.

Absolutely amazing. I ordered the Ultimate Car Wash. The car sparkles. Workers vacuumed the inside and dusted the dashboard. At the end, workers dried off the water droplets.

Called ahead and asked if they are open. She said yes we are open. Immediately drove 10 mins just for her to say sorry we are closed now because it might rain. Bad business. Will never come back.

The worst car wash experience I've ever had. Not only was the service horrible. Their washing is horrible. They are overpriced for the really gross work and attitude.

Terrible, don't use this carwash it's flawed. carwash crushed my 2023 chevolet suburban high country 5 weeks ago with parts ordered 4 1/2 weeks and no eta on parts this repair could take 11-13 weeks. The damages to the vehicle will exceed $15,000.00, damaging front panels, windshield and interior.State Farm should set up a direct bill with rental company for vehicle or send me funds so I can rent a vehicle from this loss caused by your insured. I should not have to put any money out of my pocket for this loss that was not caused by me. Remember this was caused by your insured and their neglect of their operations and equipment.Don't believe the motto making customers into friends. Not here. Beware.And this how State farm treats you to not made you whole again. They will keep delaying the repairs and funds to put you back on the road and make you whole
