360 Diamond Hand Car Wash

I decided to try local “HAND car wash”. The guy soaping the car decided to take a BRUSH to the side of my car, by no means my car isn’t perfect but don’t be a hand car wash if guys are using brushes on paint. Now drying the car, this guy barely dried the car, he wiped half the hood, half the doors, left the bottom half of the back wet. By the time I came back from paying he just left the car and went to the next car. I had to dry the car myself, should’ve asked for 50% off since they wanna do 50% of the work.

The only car wash to bring your car & luxury cars in everyone knows Hand car washes is your best bet if you want to insure your car doesn’t get scratched up by those hardcore machines they have at regular car washes. There has been a slight price increase but like everyone and everything else it’s only right especially with all the updates still they are providing the cheapest prices in the area. New ownership has only been there for 1 month and a half they are learning their community and the new staff and they are doing a great job customers who paid dirt cheap prices will be the ones to complain but sadly we are not in those times anymore. I love the service that is provided everytime I go there and they even offer a loyalty card that after ten washes you get a free one.. I only know that they will be getting better and better

This the worst hand car wash I ever been to For it to be a hand washing car place I had the worst car wash the passengers side was not wash. Then front car windshield was bird poop still on it I asked for the backseat floor be vacuum again instead of vacuum the floor the Owner air blown the backseat floor my car was not clean right for it to be hand washed

Literally I’m so upset . the owner here is so inconsiderate and unprofessional! He literally told me to bring my car to get detailed at 8:30 am I was there and on time . He failed to tell me he couldn’t detail my car til 3 pm in the evening cause supposedly he was so busy. I get to the car Wash and mutiple cars that was not there before me are getting detailed. I ask ok so what day do I come back he said idk ima let u know the car really dirty. The car was already cleaned before comin to him it literally just needs detail. I bought the car at an auction. What upsets me is the lack of communication. He failed to tell me when I first brought the car at 8:30-3 pm in after noon the car was to dirty and he wasn’t goin to b be able to clean it today. So my whole day was wasted. I wasn’t able to make money & I paid 35 dollars for a Uber there and back so I lost money. I spent money lost out on money. HOW INCONSIDERATE AMD INCONVENIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL . This place don’t care bout there customers! Find some one more proffesional.
