I’ve never experienced discrimination like I have with this property management company. I was told by leasing agent that he’s able to eyeball an application and tell if it’s a denial. Our application was never ran through the system. He just looked at it and said we were denied based off what he can tell, stated paperwork seems like it wasn’t legit and he didn’t feel like we were telling the truth. They took our application fee as well as background fee and then denied us anyways. I have called several times and left a numerous messages and no response. Jose and Solange at the gallery apartments are supposed to be helping people but instead if you don’t look or sound like them, your not approved. Regardless if your able to provide the right documents . If they feel it isn’t right or doesn’t seem right they deny you. Solange the property manager hid in the office and would not come out and speak to us. She told her co-worker to tell us she was in a meeting every time we tried to speak with her. The worst part is they knew this apartment was for girls from out of state, here to go to school. 1415 W North St, Anaheim, CA 92801

Went to the first bay and put in $2.75 and the only thing that worked was the soapy brush. No water. So I left and went to the second bay. Put in $2.50 and got the only soapy brush and spot free rinse to work. Not even enough water pressure to get the soap off. Had to leave and go pay someone wake to wash my car. This is a rip off. Don't go. Also. No place to leave a note or notify them or others of problems.

the property is trashed. Garbage EVERYWHERE. Customers are messy leaving their trash when they’re done but obviously no one is cleaning to maintain the property.
