Adam's Royal Car Wash

It’s moments like this when I wish I could give zero stars. Went through the touchless carwash today. I clean my car pretty often. Normally by hand. Today my girlfriend recommended I go to the car wash in her area for a quick clean. It was horrible. The wash didn’t even remove dust, let alone dirt or bugs. I wasn’t expecting much, and was still extremely disappointed. My girlfriend reached out to Adam who then started harassing us while we were putting our kids to sleep, demanding we respond to him so he can “make things right” we got a chance to respond and simply asked for a refund, which he originally offered us. He then got his ego hurt and refused the refund demanding we come back so he can see the car after providing numerous videos and pictures. We explained that I do not live in the area and I am leaving in the morning to head back home. So needless to say we will never return. Adam got his ego hurt and was more concerned with “mansplaining” rather than giving us the $15 back. All the while talking about how great he, and his car wash is and how they got two 5 star reviews today which was clearly a lie. Adam, we weren’t looking for your basic knowledge, we were looking for our money back since your car wash left my car just as dirty as it was AND did not apply any tire shine which I paid for. Keep the measly $15, it’s clear you need it more than we do.

I already have a monthly membership for the car wash but today I got my car detailed and Kevin absolutely did the best job ever. It’s like my car is brand new from the shop. I could not recommend this more!

I went through the car wash today with a brand new F150 truck. I thought something wasn’t right with the finished wash. The owner did nothing short of perfect on making it right even though it was probably not the car washes fault. I wish there were more business owners out there like this going above and beyond to ensure a customer is satisfied. Him and his staff Were very professional and also taught me a lot of things in vehicle care. They got my business for life! Stand up people.

Picked up my car after a complete detail package. As promised, inside and out was spotless. '16 CX5. Reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed. Paid $15.oo said I was going to get tire shine. NO TIRE SHINE. a poor job of drying my car.
