If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place took my car in twice into the machine and somehow all my belongings were wet from my trunk. The manager Hector gave me no type of solution and I expressed how this has never happened to me before. He didn’t say he would give me any sort of refund and only offered a free car wash. In short nothing was resolved and this place is uncooperative.

They are fast. Do yourself a favor and get the lowest tier wash $25 because I’ve paid for both the lowest and the second highest ($25 and $35) and it doesn’t seem to make a big difference. The photos show my untouched cupholders, fingerprints and debris left around my interior after the $35 wash. Also, I cleaned out my trunk and left it open and it looked completely un-vacuumed when I got home. But again: they are fast (this is probably why).

Paying the highest price for the service, you'll get the same effect as a coin-operated self-service car wash. They wash cars really quickly! When they honked my car horn to tell me my car was done, I was amazed at how fast they were washing it. I got my tip ready and went up to him, then i opening the car door i saw my driver's seat and the passenger seat still had an old disposable floor mat from another car wash. I asked him, "Didn't you vacuum this place?" After he threw away the paper and wiped it for me. But even after checking, there was still dust on it, I can just wipe it off with my fingers！ I was so mad I wanted to drive away, but I told them, "Hey, this isn't good! You knew the price, right? You knew the price, right? What did you do? Why are the tires on the car next door shiny and mine aren't? Doesn't the most expensive price include maintenance of the tires? And I don't have anything fresh in my car too！Everyone's trying to make money, but you're making it too easy to get tips!

This is a place to go if the goal is you need your car washed in a hurry. They are surprisingly fast. But compared to other car washes, the attention to detail is not there. Un vacuumed crumbs between seats and center console, bird dropping residue on exterior, and water droplets on the windows were all missed. If you want a quality clean, try elsewhere.

It’s been my go-to car wash for years. The price is a bit high at $25 for a basic wash, but the employees work hard, the service is good, and my car looks clean inside and out after each visit! I’ll continue to patronize this shop.
