Allentown Car Wash

I paid for the platinum exterior wash. They only pre-treated the driver's side a little bit then on the towel dry outside. They smeared a dirty towel all over the car and said looks clean to me after I questioned the wash. It was a horrible wash. Didn't even get the dirt off of the car. By the way, this car is only 3 months old . I got lousy service for the price, I probably should have only paid the $7 fee instead of the $15 fee to get a hose down. Looks like I got hosed but not in the right way

Crooks. -0/5 worst car wash in the city BY FAR. They have large signs that say $7 car was but then will upsell you the Platinum package which is fine when it offers more with it. But they did absolutely nothing listed. No wheel scrub or brighter, no tire shine, they “dry” your vehicle with a dirty towel that smears dirt all over the paint. Do yourself a favor and go to Tippys on sumner and wait in line.

Went here in June. Paid extra for tire brightener, and asked about it afterwards. I was told It was "done inside the drive through" the wash was very quick, and the equipment looks a little old. Ive been through plenty of drive through car washes that made my car sparkling and clean. At the end, my tires were still dirty and they told me everything I paid for was done. I was unhappy with the condition of my car after paying extra. Pretty disorganized, unkind workers who did not communicate well. I will not be returning.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had in a car wash. I'm ashamed to be an allentonian, and this is the only car wash with Allentown's name on it. Nobody that works it is from Allentown. Nobody that owns it is from Allentown. And recently when I went there. They snatched my car handle off of my Cadillac and when I asked them to look through and find it, they said we'll get it done and call you in 3 months if we find it like it was nothing. This is actually my fault. Because I haven't gone to this car wash for quite some time And I should have stuck To my script, however, I would advise nobody to ever go into this car wash and just give these people your money because that's all they're doing is taking money. You have to go get your car rewise. At the end of the day regardless trash service
