American Car Wash

BEWARE! This carwash will DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!! Please read the other comments the people are not lying! I am so sad I wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. I came into the car wash today in my brand new car I bought 2 weeks ago, when arriving there is a worker who will guide you into the car wash tracks/platform. As he was guiding me I noticed the left side of my car was getting close to the metal railing. I stick my head out and guess what? My rims is rubbing against the metal side railing. So I tell him "what the heck I thought your suppose to be guiding me?" He responds "your car is too low, back out" I proceed to back out and I hear a 'clunk' sound. I assumed it's just the platform I'm on prevent me from reversing, he says "back out" I reply " I just tried! It won't let me" he says "try again" I try again, same clunk sound with resistance. I now realize there is a problem. I go under my car and look and realize that my car is hitting a metal bracket on their platform. A harsh realization to know that I cannot leave. I was forced to pull forward and because of this my rim was scratched. There were no apologies. I asked to speak with a manager and he wreaked of alcohol and barely spoke english. Save yourself and go to a different car wash this place is very bad.

Beware of Poor Service and Damaged Vehicles I would like to say my rating is no stars. I had a highly disappointing experience at this raggedy Car Wash. After using their services for quite some time, I discovered noticeable deep scratches on my car that were not there before. Despite my attempts to address the issue with the management (Gaby & Loli), they have refused to acknowledge their responsibility or offer any form of compensation. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this car wash if you value your vehicle. There are many other places where you can receive quality service without the risk of damage and negligence. They have been damaging cars and not taking responsibility for years, I'm surprised they haven't been shut down.

Wish I’d looked at the reviews first, it took them close to an hour and I even tipped them thinking they took so long because they were being detailed. There’s dirt and stuff all over the car still, and the inside isn’t clean either. I got their most expensive wash.

Unhappy with the 33 Full Service. They first make you go through the express wash then when it's not fully clean they try to hand clean with a dirty towel with no water or soap. I even gave them my own tar remover but still did a poor job at cleaning. The windows were cleaned with same dirty towel didn't use window cleaner I couldn't even see through them from all the dirt/slime from the towel. The interior is also cleaned with the same dirty towel and water even though I told them it's leather seats. Will not be returning.
