American Dream Car Wash & Quick Lube

My interior is dirtier than when I brought it here. Glossy interior trim is dull because they're barely wiping, leaving more crud behind than they're cleaning. Streaks of soap and water down my doors. They use 1 tiny spritz of glass cleaner and wipe all the glass on the car. Stop being cheap, a full service car wash is $35, that Glass Cleaner is $3 a bottle. Maybe 2 or 3 spritz of the stuff won't put you in the red. Tire shine that isn't even applied correctly. Maybe that stuff is expensive too. Door jams still dirty. But my floor Mats are clean though, at least that machine works Check my pics. I'd tell you guys to improve but I'm never coming back.

I went there today ( 2/5/25). While driving up from the Bronx my car got seriously dirty from salt on the roads and a maintenance truck on the highway. Went to Google to find a self service wash because my car is lowered. I decided to go to American dream since it was close to Walmart. When I pulled up a beautiful young lady greeted me and told me to pull my car into the automated wash. I was skeptical and told her I was worried about damage to my car. She assured me my car would be alright. I trusted her and no damage was done and my car came out gleaming. On top of that I noticed exterior washes are listed at $16, but I was only charged $13. I got a card for a free wash after 5 washes and tipped the dryer $5. If you have a lowered car you have 2 options. If you don't feel comfortable going through the machine, they also have the option of a hand wash. I drove up to Monroe every 2 weeks and I guarantee that I will be visiting American Dream Car Wash if I need a wash when I'm in the area. Everyone was friendly and respectful.

This was the most “Horrible ” experience, the worker pushed in my automatic Audi mirrors and almost broke it. Then the machine scratches my door, when I said this to the worker he was very “Rude” and just said “No”. Let’s not forget I waited 20 min, because the belt inside the machine broke, they were pulling some type of brown rope. To fix the belt inside of the car wash machine and they even bumped into my car, twice while pulling it. You may be asking yourself why did I stay, “Sadly” the amount of cars coming into the parking lot prevented me from reversing. “The other worker even said if you loved your car you wouldn’t have taken it here.” First time for everything, use cation if it’s your first time there, it may be safer to keep your car dirty.
