Andres Car Wash

Paid $90 for clay and wax wash. The exterior looks clean and I’m satisfied with how it looks for the most part. The interior was not cleaned or wiped down to my expectations. The inside doors were untouched. The cup holders were still dirty. The rear center console was untouched as well. The mats were cleaned and looked great. The seats were vacuumed decently but there was still some crumbs left. The trunk was not cleaned at all, not even a wipe down. I thought an interior cleaning for the whole car would be included. Overall the experience was decent. I waited an hour and a half for the whole cleaning. There weren’t that many cars when I had gone.

Good place to get your car washed. Their prices are comparable to most other car wash shops. The staff are friendly and they get you in and out while giving you a thorough car wash. No complaints here!

I went to the location in Bixby off Long Beach blvd. Dash board wasn’t wiped, inside wasn’t cleaned well. Very Rushed job. Had to go back the next day to get it right. I prefer the location on Wardlow.

This car wash is 100% by hand, Uber and Lyft drivers, trust me you will be very satisfied with the positive feedback from all your happy customers. They are so detailed that you can even roll your windows down immediately right after your car’s wash without them being streaked on the way up !!! that’s what I call strategic and thinking of all the small details that make a great wash at an affordable price without sacrificing quality. Thanks Mikey and the crew I’ll be back cuz your the best car wash in Long Beach and the harbor area!!! You take the devil OUT of the details!!!

I went to Andre's second location for the first time on warlow. I was there for over an hour and I realize the guy that was taken in the vehicles into the car wash was bypassing my vehicle I'm number 49 and he's taking in number 52 I'm like thinking can you count but anyway I end up getting a refund and I end up coming to get my car wash myself I had to do the labor nothing was offered like a free car wash for the inconvenience of my car not being taken care of and my time nothing was offer but they were okay to give the refund bad customer service.
