I got the ultimate wash for $12 after vacuuming my car I realized my car was still dirty so I went back to see if I can drive back through. The cashier told me that his car is dirtier than mine and I should’ve gotten a hand wash. I told him I won’t be returning then and he rudely said ok! $12 wasted and I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to this car wash.

This place is a rip-off. The washing machines are ancient and ineffective, actually damaging my car's paint. I complained to the manager, who showed zero concern. Do not waste your money or risk your vehicle here.

Don’t waste your money! First time bringing my car for a wash / vacuum. Never again, vacuums don’t work and after the wash I dried it and seen scratches on my car, paid $10 to get scratches and not a clean car. WASTE OF MONEY. Don’t want it to happen to any one else

I drive by this place every day on my way to and from school and always wanted to try the wash out on my car. My car was dirty of course and wanted to wash it for the weekend. I got the highest wash which was only $11 dollars with a free vacuum of course. After vacuuming the car, I noticed my hood had a scratch going up the hood I also noticed a crack in my windshield. I was so struck by pain, I tried to convince myself not to cry. I broke down with tears seconds after that thought and notified the cashier who appointed me the manager. He came to the car and ignored the scratch, and started off the conversation with the crack created from pebbles On the road. He basically didn’t know what to say besides it not being their fault. He showed me a video trying to convince me I drove in with the crack on a pixelated monitor recording. He raised his voice at me through out this whole situation and was very disrespectful to a young 21 year old who approached this situation in a calm manner. It is indeed sad to say this man could not atleast demonstrate customer service skills or respect. He as well withheld a number to an higher official I can contact such as a corporate number or business owner. I will never again support ANY car wash drive through again because of this poor situation.

Unprofessional! Do not come here! I asked for a refund because there were no vacuums in the parking spots and they looked at me like I was stupid and said “the vacuums are free” with a wash, which I paid for. They manually added a vacuum to my spot. When I walked out and their friend said “my car wash came out messed up” and the person in charge said “you sound like her”
