Paid for the ultimate wash. Waiting about 1 hour with 1 car in front of me. Sat it the waiting area listening to everyone complain about the service. My exterior was still dirty. Rims were still dirty. The carpets were not washed. The interior was lightly vacuumed. And there was no car scent added. Don’t go here. You are better off going through a drive through.

I was disappointed when I went to this car wash because the advertised price was not accurate. The sign out front said it was $8, but when I went inside, the prices on the sign above were different. I decided to go with the premium express wash for $16.99, thinking it would include vacuuming, air fresheners, and armor all. However, the owner informed me that vacuuming was not included and would cost an additional $9. I decided to skip the vacuuming and just get the wash. Unfortunately, my car was still dirty after the wash. When I complained to the owner, he didn't seem concerned and brushed off my concerns. He even made sarcastic comments and asked if I wanted my money back. I immediately said yes and he told me not to come back. It's frustrating to receive such poor customer service and I will not be returning to this car wash in the future.

Do not go here ! Took my Gle 350 for a car wash today, upon collecting i saw that they had cracked the windshield. The workers just told us to call the owner Isidro. We then called and he was very rude and said that do whatever you want to do, I don't care. What kind of answer is that? No apologies, nothing and now I have to pay a fortune to get it repaired. Time for legal action to recover damages. The cleaning quality was bad but that was the least of my worries.

I paid over 40 bucks and saw that they did not clean the wheels, so I had to clean them my self at a gas station, the picture shows the wheels were dirty when I left the car wash and the other picture shows after I cleaned it
