Not actually clean. It looks clean until you actually look. Car seats had stuff all in them not vacuumed, third row wasn’t even vacuumed, wheels dirty still, tire shine gone(and I live 1/2 mile away from there). The fact I needed to go home and re vacuum the third row and car seats is the most annoying. Re applied my own tire shine as well. For close to $30 I shouldn’t have to even be annoyed let alone pull my own vacuum and tire shine out. If that’s the case I would have done so myself.

Currently have 5 cars and been getting them all washed at this place. It’s not the best wash but whatever. Today however I came in my Tesla, I have to stay in the car to keep it in neutral for the automatic wash. EVERYTIME I’ve brought this car here over 2 years I always sit in and pay at the end. Today the guy taking the tickets told me I have to go in and pay first, then he’ll send my car through. All I said was that’s strange, I come here all the time and always pay after. Instead of saying it’s a new policy etc he begins to challenge me and say I’ve never done that before even though this was my first time seeing him. I was already out of my car willing to go pay first but he kept being so confrontational instead of marking my ticket so I can just go pay I left without saying a word. Will not be returning after he judged me saying “I might drive off without paying” , this experience left me with a bad taste.

The 3.7 stars this place gets is over-rated. Terrible. And it’s a shame… there are no other convenient car washes in the immediate area. The conveyor was broken. They should’ve shut down until it was fixed, however, without telling any of the customers, they drove the cars through at 5 miles an hour. The car was only slightly cleaner than when I arrived. This one star rating is not based on a single visit, it’s never been good, but my last two times have been terrible. Done.

This place is terrible!!! I would not suggest anyone to go there! I went and paid for gold and they didn’t give me any gold services. They did clean my floor mats , they did not clean inside my car at all ! When I spoke to the manager he disregard all my concerns and did not care ! When I asked for a refund he refused as well! They had no amour to clean my tires ! I paid for tire cleaning and shine wasn’t done not one bit !!! Save yourself some time and frustration and never come here as they have poor customer service and care I had a tragic experience! I work hard for my money in this economy and they stole my $26.00 plus they charge an extra 3% for paying with your card

I used to have my cars washed here for over 10 years and the service was great! But it was sold a few years ago and the owners clearly don’t care about providing great service. I’ve had my car washed there a few times since the new ownership and they do not do a good job of cleaning. They’re actually horrible. They’ve raised their prices, you’re paying more for less and they do an awful job. And don’t blame it the on pandemic. It’s your lack of standards. Gave them a chance. Won’t be going back. They don’t have customer loyalty the former owner had and I won’t be surprised if they go out of business.
