Auto Splash Hand Car Wash

Took my truck there for an exterior wash. Their menu states that exterior wash includes drying the vehicle. When I went to pay at the register while the team was washing the truck - I presented a voucher for an exterior wash from my dealership. Immediately, she went outside to the team washing the car, waved it and said something I didnt understand. They dropped everything they were doing, got in my truck and drove it out front to me. There was still salt and soap in many spots. it was only half washed. I was not even offered an explanation nor did they say anything about the voucher. I would have paid a few dollars extra to have it dried off if that was not included with the voucher. Instead I was sent away with a half washed car and not given a reason.

I presented a voucher for finally a free car wash after having about 10 of them paid in full. Only for them to tell me it’s exterior only I told them that’s fine. They didn’t want to do my undercarriage because they said that’s extra at the time they were only taking cash, which was another inconvenience. Oh, and by the way, my EZpass is missing since I’ve gone there. No usage on it, but I will confront them about this. Service is horrible, rushed cleaning and they don’t complete the job fully. They’re obviously understaffed, but that’s not our fault.

This used to be my go to car wash but the quality has gone down exponentially. I just paid $32 for the quality of a $5 drive through wash. I got the super and they spent like 2 min inside the car, didn't touch the windows or mirrors, still fingerprints on the woodgrain which tells me they didn't wipe down the interior at all, don't waste your $$$.

Never seen a car wash operate like this place. I know its cold and its winter. But i went to wash car because nissan gave a free car wash coupon. I go to car wash and im figuring they going to wash car inside the little hut they have. They start washing the car outside. Water and soap froze up. She had to go get the workers inside nice warm while they were eating cup of noodles. A man came out and said we cant wash like this its to cold. So i said why your open and why did you even start . I ended up leaving with frozen car soap and had to go to a normal car wash place. But before leaving he asked if i would like the car vacuumed for 7 dollars. I said why arent you washing inside.. he said its an extra fee. End of the day the workers suck. And the place sucks. Wont even go even for free. Also the car ahead of me they were using frozen rags to dry car terrible.

I was a frequent customer, I really liked the good work they did here, but from one moment to the next things have gone downhill. If you take your car there, you will most likely have to wash it again. Don't waste your time or money if you will have to do the job again later.
