Beach & La Mirada Car Wash / Valero Gas

I paid $95 for my car to get washed and was told the inside, outside would be washed plus getting the car waxed. The guy said it came with a free air fresher as well. When I received my car it was the worst wash ever. The front of my car was still dirty, the middle console was not cleaned and looks like they didn’t even pass a vacuum or clean the mats. What’s worst that my back glass was scratched up! Should have read the reviews before coming here. I attached pictures for proof. Hopefully management can reach out because this is truly ridiculous. P.S I never received my car freshener

Paid 30 bucks and they did a horrible job. I understand when you’re busy you want to get things going. They didn’t clean the sides of the inside of my car or wiped the cup holder area. There was still dust on the dashboard and the ac. The vacuuming wasn’t the best either, my carpet still looked the same. I always remove the trash that I see but if I don’t see it I would expect them to at least get it.

Hands down worst car wash I have been to. I paid $31.99 for a platinum wash excluding tip it cost $29.99 but since I have a suv they charged me an extra $2.00. I asked for black ice air freshener. When my car was done there was still stains on the dash, water marks on the touch screen, my front windshield still had stains, no air freshener was sprayed in my vehicle. For the price and the service provided it is not worth it. If I knew it was going to be like this I would have went to a drive thru car wash and have done it myself. Won’t recommend this place to anyone

I literally don't want even get one star for them. They not exactly clean I choose to program number 5 /39.99 dollar, and they said today a special discount for $5 I think ok i want my new car get special clean. But when I get back home my car still dirty a lot so I get back to them let them renew clean again and still get dirty. Very very bad , I will tell my friends do not come to this shop and I will Not come back for Sure#

I paid for their Gold Wash which is $21+ expecting what was written on their signage. I got everything except for the advertised air freshener. I had to drive back to get it. When I got home, I noticed my rear windshield wiper was broken and the the wiper arm cover was missing (as seen on the photos). I wonder how the cleaning guy did not even catch that. And maybe their drive through washer water pressure was too strong. I tried reaching out to them through their FB messenger to show them the photos but there was no response. As I was already headed back to the bay area, I don’t have time to drive back to their shop to have this issue resolved. Instead, I had to search online for replacement parts and spent extra money for their mistake. Wish they could give me a refund!!!
