I like coming to this car wash any time I'm in California. I can usually count on Glen Rock Car Wash for a good and thorough cleaning, inside and out of the car. Glen-Rock Car Wash also has plenty of vending machines for both food, snacks, water, soft drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, all at low and reasonable pricing.... My one complaint is that on my last two visits, it seemed like they forgot to wipe down the dashboard and the interior of my doors. This won't stop me from going again. I'm hopeful my recent displeasure was an isolated occurrence, since they've always been great in the past.

I paid $28 for the car wash. They didn’t wipe down anything inside or vacuum. Then before I could even see my car the guy was standing over me holding the keys waiting for a tip. So I gave him $5 because that’s all I had and I got in the car to dust everywhere and sand still on the floor. Such a waste of money. If I wanted to do a quick job I would have just let my 6 year old clean it; she would have done better.

Great and friendly service! Tom was a great help and reccomended me the best option for my Jeep. She's squeaky clean and shiny now after a 10 hour drive through the desert!

Previously, the guy probably kneeled hard on the console. The window button got pushed down and Got stucked. Had to pay $70 to get it fixed. AND THEN, for $18.99 car wash today the dirt wasn’t cleaned at all. See photos. Can I not give any star?!

Since the new management took over this place it is not worth taking your vehicle to this car wash. Took my vehicle for a car wash and unfortunately the car wash did not do a good job on washing my car. After i mention to one of the employees that was about to dry the car that it had a few spots that the machine missed. The manager had an attitude right from the beginning. After he sent one of his employees to clean the SPOTS the machine missed the employee drying the car had an even worst attitude. I mentioned to the employee that there are a few spots the machine missed and he started talking in spanish about who cares about the spots and being picky". Last time i will ever bring any of my cars to this car wash. No wonder they have bad reviews. If they had a better customer service this place would probably do well but i see they don't care.
