Berkeley Car Wash Inc

I already posted a review on how horrendous this place is. I really believe my car was dirtier when I left. I went back and asked for a refund. When I pointed out the interior dirt, he claimed "not included". I paid for the top of the line was. He would only give me ten dollars, and screamed at me. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Rude, disgusting, dirty and disrespectful are the words that sum up this experience.

I hate posting negative reviews but after yet another terrible experience at this car wash, I needed to add to the chorus of one-stars. The car wash itself is bad (i.e., old and outdated equipment that doesn’t actually wash your car very well at all) which isn’t even the worst part. The whole place is run down, the staff are SO rude (they yell directions at you and scowl when you pull up), and they have quite offensive, partisan news channels blaring in the lobby so it’s even a chore to wait for the car that won’t really even be clean when it’s done. I the only reason I ever come here at all is because it is conveniently located for me, but after the new low of experience I had today, I vow to never return.

Was around berkeley heights area, and was roaming around to get a car wash. went to google, and saw this place.. had good reviews, and wanted to try it out. pricing was a bit tricky. they had the lowest service a little expensive (about 25$) and then they increase 2$ for the next 2 upgrades.. Its a no brainer that people will probably get the 27 or 29$ service. good marketing strategy. wish they had the basic package for 20 or less, like many other car wash facilities. It was crowded early in the day when i went. had to wait about 10 mins, to get to the front. Then they asked me to get outside the car, and then they did powerwash. I actually liked the overall wash (external and internal), and the scent inside. end to end, it took them about 10 mins.. they had wash rooms inside, and a small store which sold car items, and drinks. overall , had a good experience... Positives - Car wash, and interior cleaning Negatives - price for basic wash

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2nd time they damaged my car. Went thru the $26 wash yesterday. They actually broke a piece of plastic off my dashboard gauges. I called and they informed me they are not responsible for damage. Told me “good luck with that”. 2 years ago they broke my antennae but did pay for it. I guess business is not doing as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you value your car, stay away.

I’ve been coming here for years and had a terrible experience this past week. After going through cleaning, the staff informed me they locked my key in the car and to call the police to get it out, and they went back to work. Unfortunately, they do not come unless there’s an emergency, so 2 hours and $130 later- a locksmith arrived and retrieved my keys. I went inside and had a conversation with some workers who refused to pay for the service, and handed me a $20 car wash voucher for their mistake… Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else, extremely unprofessional business.
