Big A Auto Wash

Used to like coming here (especially when the attendant isn’t around). He’ll come up to you within seconds if your timer runs out and let you know that you have to have the clock running if you want to be in the wash bay. I told him, “it just ran out, I’m about to put more money in”, but he just reiterated the same thing as if i was deaf. He then says that my truck is big, and that it takes a lot to wash it. Which makes sense since i had already put in 10$ dollars as soon as i got there lol. My question is, if I’m spending money, why does it matter if i go over the timer by 10-15 seconds? The machine's stop working as soon as the timer is out, so it wouldn’t make sense to stay in the bay if you’re not paying either way. Losing a quarter vs a returning customer doesn’t make sense to me. Oh yea, he doesn’t like it if you’re wiping your car down in the vacuum bay. What’s the point of going to a self car wash, if you are expected to leave with water still on your car, which will cover it in water spots?

The bad reviews continue to be true. Car attendant will harass you if you’re not using the bay or vacuum station. He will approach you rudely to move your car if you take too long. This place is not truck friendly! There’s only one parking spot and a handicap parking on the side. I understand it’s about making business, but customer satisfaction is also important! Go elsewhere, no one deserves to be stalked, or harassed when you’re trying to wash your car.

If I could give negative stars I would and I don’t generally leave bad reviews, but this guy takes the cake. He just runs around the property running off customers pointing at signs and scolding people. I pulled in the bay literally got out, opened my trunk and placed an item in a tool kit and before I could close the trunk to start depositing money, here he comes telling me if I’m parked in there the timer must be running. Sir, I’ve been here all of two minutes and it’s 5:30 in the morning. There’s one other car here, let’s be reasonable. He threatened to have me charged with trespassing. I went on to put money in the wash, but nothing happened. It was broken so I pulled into another bay and guess what? This one was broken. Also, I got the man’s attention and he blames me for throwing the breaker how I would’ve done that I have no idea. I guess putting quarters in the machine throws the breaker, but that was his demand initially so I felt as if I couldn’t win. Then the car wash finally gets started, but the pre-soak will not come out so by the time I got his attention again the timer was beeping because I was down to one minute remaining. He blamed me again. And pointed to another sign. I got out my card and added what should’ve been six dollars for 10 minutes. Instead, I was charged $10. He said it was an authorization but six hours later the charge is no longer pending. He got 10 more dollars. I’d like to tell you that was the end of the nightmare car wash but again while I’m minding my business and paying to be there , He comes along to scold me one more time because some of the soapy water was running down the cement outside of the bay I was using. Yes there was a signed a point too. That stated all the chemicals have to stay within the bay. I was literally holding The sprayer while I changed settings. I couldn’t take it anymore. I told him I’d had enoughand demanded he get away from me for my last five minutes and promised, he would never have to worry about me again. Before leaving, I took the liberty of spraying a generous amount of soap outside of the bay. I couldn’t help myself. lol I hope this Car wash attendant,Napoleon, Finds Something fulfilling in life. Patrolling for a customer to scold is no way to live. Before chastising me initially, I heard him in the next bay, threatening another gentleman with Police/trespassing For not taking heed to the signs Posted around him.

Very poor customer service!! Owner or manager confronted me and ultimately told me I had to leave because I need to have money in the machine at all times, he stated I’m not allow to use his Equipment or allowed to use if It don’t continuously have money in the machine, mind you I had just finished putting ten dollars in the machine to properly wash my car. My time had just ran out and I was just about done washing my car to further put a few more dollars to complete rising it off. He turn off my machine off and made me leave with my car full of soap because I told him I felt he was penny pitching me and had poor customer service.!!!Avoid BIG A AUTO WASH!!!!

Terrible coin car wash avoid this place at all cost. They don't even allow you to use a degreaser on your tires before you wash. Lost a customer. The soap is cheap. Over priced as well.
