Recently found my favorite wash. Tried them all. Very nice and new Car Wash. The people that they hired are doing a great job very friendly and my Vehicle even comes out clean at the end of the tunnel because they do the correct prepping in order for you to have the results that you expect. I was with another Car Wash since they opened, but had to give them up after they sold out because all they were doing was rearranging the dirt on my vehicle. Keep up the great work guys. Top notch facilities. Only thing I would say to management is to up the customer service. Employees work hard but no smiles or interaction. In this market you have to set your team apart from the pack.

Great car wash. Very clean establishment and great vacuums. I love the big floor mat automatic brush they have. They also have an option for weather mats as well which is great. The car wash itself “the flood $30” was really good. Cleaned my car up with minimum spots it left on my vehicle. I like the scent feature it does as well during the wash. This will definitely be my new car wash home.

Just canceled 3 memberships this morning. I had all my personal cars on the monthly membership. I also had a company car on membership that changes on a weekly basis. The manager made a claim that it cost them money to use a different car which is a flat lie since I didn’t run multiple cars through in one day. The joke is on Big River since I’ve cancelled my personal vehicles that went through the wash maybe 3 times in a month.

this is the best car wash i’ve ever been to. and the fact that there is a station to wash my mats… someone who loves keeping their car clean just like me is obviously the genius behind this company. i faced a catastrophe this past saturday at another car wash where i went through and half of the car was dry as a bone and still dirty. i’ll be coming to Big River every chance i get!
