Lazy and incompetent. Paid $25 for an exterior only wash on my ceramic coated truck. They left stuff on the hood, roof. Even left their own water marks.

I heard good reviews for this place, but not in my case. I paid 69.99, and one of the salesmen told me their going to get all the dirt from the sides and wash my rugs the work!! What false promises. I thought on how dirty it was it was going to talk maybe a hrs or 2. Nope. After 55 mins, I look to see my car is sitting on the side. I asked the salesman how long my car had been sitting there. He replied for 30 minutes. As I gave him my receipt to show I paid he gave me my car keys. To my surprise, my car was just wiped down with some kind of oils and wasn't even vacuumed out or the cherry sent I paid for. As well as the dirt still on the side. My tires were the only thing that looked like it hit water. I went back and showed a salesman who got the outside manager. After paying almost $70 for a job that looks like I paid 20 to a kid, wash my car. Ridiculous By the manager trying to offer a free car wash after I've paid $70 for a 1/2 backwards job.No, thank you.They would never have my service again.

I've several times and it gets worse every time. Inside of all door was wiped but didn't have the shine. Outside of car, rubber has no shine. Car want as clean as it should be for someone wiping it down. No car scent, but I dl I won't go back.

Quite possibly the Worst Car Wash I have ever had! I had stopped going to this car wash because of the lousy job they do but I was in the neighborhood and had a coupon. Usually, they do a bad job on the windows so I was inspecting them before tipping and driving off, but I wasn't expecting to find they never cleaned the interior (see pics)! I was nearly home when I discovered this and was tempted to turn back but I had frozen food in the trunk that needed to get into the freezer. Instead of going back I decided to clean the interior of the car myself (see pic of the filthy rag after cleaning). I will NEVER go back and will warn my friends as well.
