Great workers. Just the machines don’t get the side doors all the way. And the cameras never pick up my license plate. I don’t know why? But they should fix that if no worker there to input manually I don’t know how I would get in

Not Bliss at all. Beware! I brought my new SUV to this location. After a particular wash i noticed scratches along both sides near my roof line. Owning the vehicle only a month and parked in my garage daily, nothing else made sense other than the car wash. I filed a complaint where a regional manager named Carl met me at the Brea location to show me a tape, which he represented as my first visit showing the scratches were already there. I agreed with him, thanked him for the clarification and went home. I later checked my first date of my visit when I signed up about 10 days earlier than the date of the video Carl showed me. When I contacted him to notify him the date was wrong, he asked for the proof and i immediately sent him my credit card statement. Since then, the company stopped all communication and canceled my account. When I returned to the location to complain, the onsite manager said he would not take another complaint and asked me to leave. I read other reviews with similar customer complaints. Becareful, shady managers and company.

My brand new car was done today . Machine made scratched pretty deep on hood and driver seat door . Didn’t even towel dry . Tho $20 for 2 month deal invited me into this. If you don’t mind the scratches , please enjoy them ! Updated on 1/9/24 Tried to cancal membership over week. At branch , they said only do on app or online. created account on app . there is no option to cancle membership . called the customer service nobody answered the phone left a message. Emailed them to guestservice@blisscarwash.com but no response . its such a scam. Bliss Car wash Team ! Please response to this review and assist my request of cancellation as soon as possible. Thank you..

I was asked to leave a review to receive a wash cloth, so here is my opinion on this car wash. The staff was friendly and willing to help which is very important, however, the level of cleanliness of my car post wash was sub par. I personally will knot be returning. However their saving grace was their friendliness.
