I normally go to hand wash but since this location is less than 2 miles from my house so i gave it a try. I purchased the membership online for $23 which i thought that will be a month unlimited wash i was wrong. My online account say’s no wash available so I had to pay another $22 online to get the wash and that wash is not including the Polish Tunnel. Which the guys on the polish tunnel told me the wash i purchased is not including with the polish tunnel and it’s going to be $15 i was trying to pay with card and was told cash only. Why not accept card payments. Overall i spend $60 and i’m not happy with the service. Overspray coat and my car body is oily on tire aswell i had to go straight to self service wash to finish the job that the guys didn’t do well.

I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened up and it’s safe to say I may not be returning. I am familiar with the employees since I come here very often and this new guy kept trying to push a membership after i repeatedly told him: “no I only want a one time wash”. I said no about 5 times. I asked for a one time $10 dollar wash since I don’t use the car I took but a few days later I noticed I was charged over $20 on my bank statement and he did not notify me of this. The amount of money charged does not bother me but it’s the fact I didn’t get what I asked for and he was not honest about it. Extremely disappointed. ☹️

At first this car wash was very good. However, after the first month of coming here I noticed that the wash was actually leaving grime and grease throughout the sides of my vehicle. I found myself having to take an additional towel to the wipe it off knowing that it would be there after going through. Perhaps the brushes need cleaning more often. If you go through the polish tunnel, the tire shine will leave clumps of shine on your wheels as well so make sure to ask for no tire shine. I suppose the basic wash is good value, but I find myself coming here less often now.

The workers were really nice and informative, they convinced me to sign up for a membership! My car was so clean!They definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend coming here
