Beware, do not come here. Used to frequent this place before the fire, never had any issues. 3 weeks ago the machine took off a small piece of my running board, which I wrote off as not a big deal. The following week, the attendant did not adjust the machine properly, causing the brush at the end to catch my roof rack, forcing it to the rear of the car and bending the cross beams. The attendant said after the fact there was nothing they could do. Went in the next day to file a report with the manger to corporate. A week later they said they are not liable for the negligence of their employees. I never had an issue here for almost two years, until now. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere, as they do not value their customers.

Do not come here. Their machine is to rough and it did major damage to my car that's costing over $1000 to repair. I made an incident report, got an estimate that they asked for and waiting a long long time for a reply to have them deny my claim. They make it very difficult to contact the incident department and tell you to not reply back to the emails. They're a scam and I'm reporting them to to BBB.

This place is amazing, you cant beat the prices for unlimited carwash in 2 months for 20 dollars. and also you get a free vaccum with your wash. They have good service by making sure they dry your car off after your wash
