bluAQUA Express Carwash

I can wash my car as many times as I want in a month for $23. Absolutely worth it. The staff is very nice and helpful, is open everyday, they hand clean your mirrors and dry them. Is fast and I haven’t found any wait line yet. You only get outside wash not inside so they have vacuums for you to do it yourself. There is a lot of space for many cars. Go get that membership now!

We took our SUV here for a wash, and something broke our back wind shield wiper and scratched our back window. We used to love bringing our cars here, but after this, unfortunately we're not coming back. Gotta look for a new car wash place now.

Affordable "subscription" car wash, unlimited service. staff are friendly and helpful, they hand dry the windows and mirrors (and more). Clean and well maintained premises including free vacuums. Generally no waiting.

On August 1, 2023, I decided to give BluAqua a try with my 2019 Audi Etron SUV. I was pleased with the actual drive-thru wash but noticed a missing headlamp washer cover when I was hand drying in their available spots(See photo) I spoke to Ricardo and he was very polite and told me he will look around, including the drain bin, when they close. I said if it is not found, the cost needs to be covered even though they are not responsible for parts being brushed/blown off during the wash. I informed Ricardo that I have been to several car washes and never had this problem. BluAqua did text me back the next day, noting they did not find the 4"x3" painted plastic cover. I asked to speak with the owner and they noted he will be there until 3pm. I arrive at 1pm and they told me the owner won't be back until the weekend(I was there Wednesday). The gentleman, Eugene, told me to come back Saturday. Well, I didn't want to waste another trip so I called and no one answered. So the bottom line: I received mixed messages about the date and time to speak with the owner. I just wanted to have a cordial conversation to see what they can do, especially on a vehicle that has no body panel issues and has been through several other washes. I understand there is some risk with automated washes but there should be some consideration for management to at least speak with their customers about concerns. Honestly, this part cost over $100(painted) and would've been happy with a few complimentary washes(Yes, I would come back if we simply spoke) due to the issue. I just wanted to have a cordial conversation with the owner about the mishap to my car. So, I'm just sharing my experience when you run into certain issues at BluAqua Express Wash.

I was happy with this car wash at first , I could wash every day if I wanted to and the vacuum is really powerful, however needs more tools , then what they have for vacuuming . However I have noticed scratches on my car doors , I think it was the brushes , well I went 2 more times and seen it’s there equipment. Canceling my account, the scratches are deep enough that I need to take it to a detail shop. Started out good , can’t have more damage .
