Yesterday I took my truck to Blue Beacon for a wash, expecting the high-quality service they advertise, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The wash was rushed, and there were several spots that they missed entirely. I could still see dirt on parts of the body and some of the wheels. For the price and the time I spent waiting, I expected a thorough wash, but it didn’t feel like the truck got the attention it deserved. It seems like the team might have been focused more on speed than quality. I paid 82$ not with it at all I hope they can improve their standards and ensure that each truck is truly clean before sending it off

—BLUE BEACON TRUCK WASH BROKE MY TRUCK !!!!! ALL TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN COMING HERE !!!! I came here to wash my truck, there was no problem with my truck, but they damaged the cables and the entire system of the truck because they washed it incorrectly. The truck broke down there and I had to tow it. I lost $3000 because of Blue Beacon Truck Wash's mistake. Blue Beacon Truck Wash did not care at all and treated me disrespectfully. Please think twice if you are going to have your truck washed here and do not forget that this company may break down your truck, they will not take care of you in any way after the damage they have caused.

This place sucks! Save your money and go to Trans Clean in Ct next to the pilot at exit 46 or go to Blue Beacon in Montgomery, Ny. I asked for no brighten wash and brush truck and trailer, and no of the rims were brushed. I made the mistake of tipping before they started to hopefully inspire.

Waste of time and money. They take money for engine wash but don’t wash engine at all. And body wash is not good too.
