recently visited Blue Wave Car Wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure to pay attention to every detail. My car came out looking spotless and shiny, just like new. I think They really took their time to ensure a thorough clean, and I appreciated the care they put into their work. I feed I would definitely recommend Blue Wave Car Wash to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience. They did a fantastic job!

My experience at Blue Wave Car Wash was fantastic. I feel the team was courteous and professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning my car. Every nook and cranny was spotless, and the exterior was gleaming. The service was quick, but they didn't cut any corners. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning. I will NEVER go near this place! I entered, they took my car, I waited, then when I was called over to get my car... I noticed fresh blue gum smeared across my whole driver side floor mat. I looked at the outside of my car and it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned! The inside of my car wasn't even touched by a vacuum. I called over a manager, and I showed him my car mat and he said "more money"... "if you want that off, you need to pay more money". I said that the gum was NOT there when I arrived and even showed him the bottom of my shoes, and he refused to help me. I tried calling the number, I tried talking to the front desk, I asked for the owner... I couldn't get help. I started crying in my car, and some older man that worked there finally said he'd help. He got the gum off. I've never felt so helpless, and discriminated against. Do not waste your money, or your mental capacity on this place.

Paid 50$ for a hand wash, did not get my key back. Could only get into my car because I can use my phone to start the car. I get back and things are thrown around and shuffled but not cleaned or vacuumed. I returned for my key and to have it cleaned for the first time. They told me it’s 50$ to clean in the inside and 50$ to clean the outside. And that’s why the inside wasn’t cleaned. Just making things up. They finally did a minor vacuum job and the outside wasn’t done. This is definitely the last time I bring my car here. Below are photos of my car after I paid 50$

So came yesterday 11/7/24 to wash my car because that was convenient and close to my work. The “main” guy asked me which wash I want and I said that the one that goes through machine but I also had the plastic part of my right mirror side taken out and I asked if we can cover it with something (which other places helped me out with and everything went well) this rude ass man tells me that they won’t do it and only thing they can do is hand wash which is of course more expensive so they are trying to push me get that one to get more money out of me. But I’m not dumb. I see what’s going on in those places …reading other people’s reviews the picture is clear-so they bullshit to you to get more out of you. I’m politely declining and explaining that it won’t be a problem and it can get washed easily. He’s telling me to go somewhere else CAN YOU IMAGINE))) “Well we wont do it here go find other place elsewhere” and all that in rude manner with mean face. Excuse me,what? Are you okay? Should I come and teach you how to speak to customers and run a business? I honestly hope you get fired and go work SOMEWHERE ELSE. OWNERS OPEN your EYES YOUR BUSINESS is going DOWNHILL. And how stupid that sounds to just send a person somewhere else and loose potentially loyal customer. Cuz as I said I work nearby and could be always going there. Well this actually was second chance I gave them. I came to them before and they didn’t clean the car properly either. But that’s fine I’m not a super picky person and always trying to be nice about things but because of his facial expressions and lack of desire to help me out this place goes to blacklist in my book. There are so many other places that people are willing to help you out and are super nice. My recommendation is fashion square car wash. Amazing people. So please don’t put money in this business. Give it to someone else just like I did and happy with results. Well their rating speaks for itself 😂😂
