I love bonita car wash! I try and come once a week to get my car washed, the service is always amazing! The guys outside always work hard to make sure my car is clean. I also see the manager Juan making sure that every customer is taken care of.

Their machine took a big chunk of paint off our car and they refused to take responsibility. The manager Juan came in hot on me right out the gate. Completely unprofessional and small claims will be filed for repairs.

I've been going to Bonita Car Wash for 30 years now. My experiences with Bonita have been magnificent. Quality of work is excellent and their customer service is very good. I recommend taking your car there and get a really nice clean and classic wash. Their prices are compatible.

I was fooled by the 5 star reviews, came to get a car wash today and it was a nightmare. Knowing that my car hasn’t been washed for a while, i asked the guy that took the car and ticketing which is good. I went to get the $49.95 car wash with hand wax. They didn’t even vacuum my trunk properly. Any other car wash would move my stuffs/paper so they can vacuum each corner- not here. It wasn’t vacuumed. My seat was wet, I asked the guy to wipe it. There are visible wet water stain that was still dripping down inside my car interior. They didn’t armor all on my dash board, not my bumper (any other car wash would’ve done so) Worst thing is I paid extra for hand wax, there are visible botches unwiped wax stain/residue here and there. I can’t stand this. While I was getting my gas(there is a deal on gas if you get a car wash) I ask the guy who took the ticket and he agreed it was not done right so he called the guy that takes care of the car wash. The guy came not to fix the problem, he tried to tell me there is no problem. He said it is normal to leave the wax on. Really? Then my car should’ve been coated with wax, not botches wax stain. Apparently the wax wasn’t spread out enough. Done arguing with him, just got on my car and left. Never will I come back. If they can’t even get a simple cleaning job done right, why would I waste my $ upgrading to hand wax.
