Broad Street Car Wash

Been here a couple times for my boss. The experience is usually as expected. I did not expect today's experience. Paid for outside and inside cleaning. The car was not "dirty" for the most part but the wheels needed some attention. After the wash, I notice that the wheels still had black residue on them. I went back to see what happened. Long story short I was supposed to pay for a higher package for them to ensure the tires to be cleaned. (All it required was a wipe with a towel). I understand services rendered, but we are human and we all have standards. No one even came to see what I was talking about. I share this because a $20 car wash is in vain when you have to finish the job. This was not quality customer service experience or an establishment I would return to again. Does anyone know of a comparable car wash in the south trenton area? I'm shaking my head and I am also finished with this matter. However the misunderstanding is understood. As I stated before I went in the office with questions 3 times and the reply posted here has not once issued any apology for the "misunderstood" inconvenience of paying for clean and leaving with these pics. I stand by my original post, the customer service could use some understanding of how to treat people. I'm only one person and they won't miss my $20.

I will never go here again. Don’t waste your money. I brought the gold package and the inside of the car was left horrible. They didn’t clean anything inside and they barely vacuumed the floor. The worse car wash ever. These photos are after the car wash was done and I got back inside.

This is my car after a 21$ wash. Not only Im disputing the transaction with my bank but ill also report them to the city for unfair business practice, false advertisement. This is a ripoff. I talked to the green eyes lady on the counter and the manager outside but basically told me to get lost. Save yourself time and money and go to another car wash. This is stealing people money -------------------------------- to your reply hahahaha Now you are shaming someone that bring a dirty car to a "car wash" . I can imaging what can of bully, you were at school. Thank you for your great service

Every time I come to this car wash the workers are ALWAYS revving my engine up as high as they can. There’s times when I have to enable valet mode so that they don’t damage anything. Today was the final day that I allowed this to happen. Every time they do this to my car they start laughing as if it’s an inside joke. I went to the owner (he will respond below and you’ll see how terrible he is), and he said that they rev the engine to make sure that it’s still in neutral while going thru the wash. I understand that but you don’t need to reach 3-5k rpm to achieve that goal. My concern was at the end of the wash why are you revving my engine at all? All you need to do is put it in drive and coast. In the video you’ll hear him rev it up and begin to laugh with the rest of them. After speaking with the owner he said, “if you don’t like people driving your car you can go somewhere else.” As a business owner I would never speak to any customer in this fashion. I can tell that he’s from the “good old boys” club and doesn’t like when certain people complain. They didn’t rev up the engines before or after mine. To get my super charger to engage in neutral you need to rev it beyond 5k rpm. I assumed that as a Customer he would just say something to the affect of sorry man I’ll speak to my guys about this so that it doesn’t happen anymore. Nonetheless, I canceled my membership and will do like he said and go somewhere else.
