BubbleWorks Auto Spa Exterior Car Wash

I had a very unpleasant experience at this car wash with my friend, and I feel compelled to share it. We went there like usual to clean our cars, paid for the service, and started vacuuming. The place was busy, but everything seemed fine until we noticed a new employee, John, who kept staring at us. It wasn’t just a casual glance—he was clearly watching us for a while, which made me uncomfortable. After about 10 minutes of vacuuming, which we needed because both of our cars were pretty dirty, John approached my friend and kept telling him to hurry up. I didn't think much of it at first, but then, after we hit the 20-minute mark, he came to both of us and said we needed to leave. I asked him why, and his response was that we were "pigs." I was taken aback by his rude and unprofessional attitude, so I asked him why he was acting like that. He then told me that he was the owner of the car wash and that he could say whatever he wanted, which was incredibly disrespectful. To add to the situation, John, who looked like he was in his late 50s or early 60s, got right in my face like he was ready to fight or something. I was only 23, and his aggression was unnerving. I tried to stay calm and went to wash my car, but he followed me, continuing to stare, and even started laughing. To top it off, he got on his phone and seemed to be trying to call the cops on us. This behavior felt entirely out of line and unprofessional, and it made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. I genuinely felt that his actions were racially motivated, and it was clear that he didn’t deserve our business. It’s unfortunate because the car wash itself is typically a decent place to go, but this experience with John left a very bad impression. I would not recommend going there if he’s working—he clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect.

Decided to come here because they have the best reviews in the town, but was disappointed. Upon arriving they told me they don’t offer inside cleaning, not even a payable option weird but ok. Then I had my “washed”. Front bumper bug residue wasn’t cleaned, then went around the car and it wasn’t dried properly either. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

I was looking a good car wash in Monroe area. Happened to read reviews about this place. Went on a Sunday morning, was thinking of getting the interior and exterior cleaned however they said that they couldn’t do it on Sunday and instead offered me a VIP package for $49.99 which I think is a bit too steep. Decided to just get the exterior done for $10 instead, cleaned the interior and vacuumed on my own. The staff is really helpful and you can use all the supplies kept there for cleaning. Satisfied with the service.

Best Car Wash without question! Their brand new state of the art equipment is superbly incomparable to the competition and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Had ceramic coating done on 2 of my brand new Mercedes and on my antique Corvette in their detail shop and all 3 cars look amazing. Had my other cars detailed and washed their along with my Harley & my boat and they always do a fantastic job. Owned & operated by a local family who are their everyday overseeing quality assurance & running the daily operation. I am an avid car guy with 8 cars and I Love Love Love Bubbleworks! ❤
