Bubbly Express Car Wash

Do not use this car wash! My side mirror is not completely torn off because of this wash & there is apparently nothing they can do about it .

Got the 14.95 wash and most of my car looks great, but the back of the car barely got washed. Maybe the shape of a jeep thing but definitely will be noted for if I decide to try it again

I have a unlimited ultimate membership with this car wash and I have been going there for a while. I got the best package available because I like taking care of my car and the price isn't too bad. Since mid of last year I have notice things going downhill with this wash, I got the package that supposed to include the shine tires also and at the beginning they did a good job; however, now there is no such a thing anymore, the brushes comes out on the tires but there is no she product on them. But what made me write this review was the fact that last time I took my car there the machine pulled the plastic trim from my outside mirror and soaked the wires that were left exposed. I am glad I always vacuum and dry my car after going through it and I saw that the plastic covered wasn't there. I went to talk to the guy who is responsible for the car wash and I told him the situation, he told me to wait and went to check if he could find the part, he then comes back with TWO plastic mirror cover and give to me and tell me to see which one was mine. He never apologized nor offered any help to go assist me putting it back on place. I am glad the plastic cover was stuck on the "brushes" and didn't break or cracked, there was only few scraches but nothing big. Anyway, I'm sure they know that is happening there since the guy knew exactly where to find it and there was someone's else trim as well. I don't recommend this place anymore and I really doubt they would pay me if it was broken, I'd have to either use my insurance or pay out of my pocket. I will be cancelling my membership today since I don't trust this car wash place anymore after my experience.

Got a car wash on 4/17, when I got home I found a panel was missing. They did find the panel in their wash, and without even looking at my vehicle said it was not their fault.

Name change from Speedy to Bubbly Express car wash. Price now $8 (from $6) for cheapest wash, still a great wash, nothing new except some roof drying brush at the end with the higher end washes...double soft wash and free vacuums (though a little weak).
