Buena Vista Car Wash Introduce

Buena Vista Car Wash, located at 19700 Vanowen St, Winnetka, CA 91306, USA, provides self-service car wash facilities. As a business listed under the "Car Wash Near Me" category, it allows customers to wash their own vehicles.

For inquiries, you can contact them at (818) 887-9853 or +1 818-887-9853.

Customer reviews consistently report significant issues with the condition and functionality of the equipment. Reviewers describe the equipment as old, run-down, and poorly maintained. Vacuum hoses and heads are described as worn out and often repaired with duct tape, resulting in poor performance. Car wash bays are also reported to have inconsistent functionality, with some stations lacking essential features like soap, foaming brushes, or wax. The overall cleanliness of the facility is also criticized.

Additionally, there are serious concerns raised about the debit card payment system. Customers have reported being charged excessively for minimal service time, with one review mentioning a $12 charge for only two minutes of use. The reviews strongly suggest that the location has significantly declined in quality. The reviews also suggest that a monthly unlimited car wash at a different location may be a better deal.

Potential customers should be aware of these reported issues and consider them carefully before using Buena Vista Car Wash. It is recommended to explore alternative car wash options in the Winnetka area.

Place has really gone down hill. Equipment is old and run down. The vacuum hoses and heads are super worn out and some duct taped so they hardly work. Everything just seems dirty. The car wash bays aren’t working properly. One station has soap, one doesn’t. One has foaming brush but the other two don’t. One has wax, the other bays don’t. You get the point. Many sprayers and much equipment just tried to fix with duct tape. I’d be embarrassed if I were the owner and came to see my business being operated like this.

At first I liked it but now I stay away from that place all old don't try to use your debit card it's going to rob you, it charges you and gives you only 2 minutes and charges you $12, There are places where you pay $20 a month and you can wash your car once a day is a good deal

i stopped in, to wash my car this morning. i put $10 into the stall, and proceeded with the wash. a few moments later, a lot cleaning attendant showed up with a leaf blower, and started to blow trash everywhere. i looked in his direction a few times, and motioned that i am washing my car, and getting debris on it defeats the point. he ignored me... a minute later, when his dust storm got closer, i said: i am washing my car, please stop. he started yelling obscenities, at me, in spanish, and kept going. i know that he has a job to do, and does not give a crap that i just paid money and invested energy into washing my car. however, he could stop & think about that fact that his job is to ASSIST the operation of a CAR WASH.

Trash everywhere. No high pressure soap. The dryer had zero pressure. Spot free rinse was not spot free

Machines are old. Vacuum is barely soaking. And in general, it feel like someone just don't care that much about the place. It is great if you need to wash the vehicle yourself. Since there is almost everything you might need here (as long as things work). But if you want to save time, and honestly maybe even some money. Go to a car wash where actual people wash the car. Sit and relax. They owe me $10 for equipment that didn't work.
