Butch's Lube N' Wash

I just spent $40 on a car wash - full service inside and out. I’m not asking for extreme attention to detail for that price—I’m asking for a basic clean. If it’s dirty, it should be cleaned, right? Isn’t that the whole point of paying for a car wash? The vacuum job was half-done—my passenger side floor mat was still dirty. They didn’t even bother moving a lightweight business card off the center console, and to top it off, the cup holders and console were still sticky and full of crumbs. What exactly did I pay for? A pretend clean? Because that’s what it feels like. For $40, I at least expect the obvious dirt and grime to be gone. They’ve proven that delivering quality isn’t even on their radar. I paid for a professional service and got a half-hearted effort that I could've done better myself in 15 minutes. Total waste of money.

Had an interesting experience today, was visiting area and decided to do car wash. When I pull in it was few options and the most expensive $50+ which will include trunk cleaning ( what I need it the most ) I got the best package and my car went through wash service as other cars who paid $13 for wash. Then person who assisted me took car on side to vacuum dry with towels. All the time I was outside on freezing cold as I knew I have some stuff in my trunk and I will need to move for cleaning, but he never called me. Few minutes later I got my car back, gave him tips and he left with no words. When I open my trunk it was never vacuumed, I went back and told administrator that this is not what I paid for and would like to have it fixed, same person came back very pissed and put key and top back in my car with no words started to vacuum, after few minutes I realised he is no longer by the car and it just left when they leave cars for work but not for customers. I could not wait longer, got to car and drive away. Moral of this all service, people really do not appreciate your time or money, and what ever you pay they will do same job. Also admit and fix mistakes it was too hard, instead of apology They provided horrible customer service as well car wash was not worth that money. So disappointed and would not recommend.

Butch's is the best around for car washes! I have been coming here for years and highly recommend. If you notice something needs extra focus you can just let them know and one of the guys will clean it. Also prices are so reasonable when other places have gotten so expensive. Thank you for always taking great care of my car!

I had my truck detailed by them on Saturday Brian did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! My truck looked better than when I got it on the inside!! He did an amazing job on the outside as well!!! I couldn't have been more pleased. My son and I did have a reaction to the products used I called and spoke to the owner who was extremely nice and I brought my truck back in and him and Brian did everything they could to make sure that we were ok!!! Not only am I extremely happy with the quality of work but these men were wonderful to deal with and in this world that it is hard to find! If you're looking for quality work, stand up people and a company that stands behind their work this is definitely the place to go!
