Go above and beyond to ensure a clean car. Best unlimited car wash I have had at a more affordable rate than other locations. I pass other car washes along my 1.5 hour (75 miles one way) commute to go here even though they are 10 minutes out of the way because it is worth it!

Staff is exceptional! Always a great experience. Prices continue to rise slightly, when purchasing a single car wash, but still a bargain with included vacuums. They are able to handle the winter rush because of the staff. All employees are working at 100%. Car comes out clean every time. Not perfect, but only I can really wash my car to perfection…

I have also just discovered that I've been paying for a membership I didn't know I had. When presented, it was presented as "for the month" - there was absolutely no mention of a membership!! I didn't end up going more than once the month I purchased it, so decoded it wasn't worth it for me. Little did I know I've been paying about $30 per month for several months!

Horrible experience. It was my first time there I paid the full amount of 24$ thinking I was going to get all the options included. I got thru the car wash and one of the workers very rudely let me know "oh well it's busy" when I let him know I paid for the full package. No refund no price adjustment just a rude worker saying oh well you lost your money not even an apology. I wanted to get a membership but I will never go back there again. Be careful which option you pick because they will not provide all services you pay for and will not give you a refund when they cannot. They also do not clean the inside you have to vacuum yourself so I basically paid 24 dollars for an outside cleaning and horrible service. Do not recommend go to ledgewood or anywhere else if you can.

Beware of Questionable Practices! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Byram Car Wash. Back in October, I entrusted the attendant who enthusiastically promoted what seemed to be a great deal for the month. The difference in cost was minimal compared to the service I had initially intended to purchase, so I agreed. To my shock, nearly three months later, I discovered I had been charged $35/month for a membership I never knowingly signed up for. I have not used their services since October, and this unauthorized subscription feels misleading and unethical. I have already reached out to management via email, requesting an immediate cancellation and refund of my money, but I feel compelled to warn others of these practices. While I believe in supporting small businesses, I do not support being taken advantage of in this way. To anyone considering their services: please be cautious and double-check what you are agreeing to. I’ve also contacted my credit card company, who shared that this type of issue is, unfortunately, a common occurrence
