Very dirty and shady. My car looks dirtier than it was before. The handles and nozzles were extremely dirty. My hands are all black. The spot for rent was a lie. Car is full of spots and residue. At first, I thought it’s a good car wash, but then after I left and inspected the car, it looks horrible

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this car wash. The first bay was completely out of order, and I ended up wasting money trying to use it. I moved to the next bay, paid with my card, and was charged a $10 fee, which I didn’t realize was specific to card payments. The soap was of poor quality and didn’t clean my car properly. It honestly felt like a scam, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place. It’s a total rip-off.

I recently wash my car at this car wash. When you pay for a service you expect to get what you pay for. There’s no high pressure soap and there’s no spot free, all you’re getting is Water with Presure. My car is black and I had to come home and take all the water spots off. I don’t recommend anybody to waste their money at this car wash.

This place is usually in some state of disrepair. Today the high pressure hose started bulging and I’m afraid it’s going to pop on the next person that uses it. I warned one customer about using while I finished rinsing the soap from my vehicle in the next bay.I also tried calling the number on the sign but it went straight to voice mail. I hope this is fixed before it bursts..

Every time I go there something is not working. This time no soap coming out of the hose on any setting. I know the spotless rinse is not soft water because I have tested it before. It’s too bad is a convenient location for the east end but I will spend the extra time and money to go to Montalvo to wash the car. Just fix it up a little, how many people have to want their money back before it goes out of business.
