California Oaks Car Wash Introduce

California Oaks Car Wash, located at 40933 California Oaks Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562, offers car wash services to the local community. As a "Car Wash Near Me" option, they provide various car cleaning packages and can be reached at (951) 696-5004.

Customer reviews indicate a trend of increasing prices coupled with a perceived decline in service quality. Several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the thoroughness of the cleaning, citing instances of dust remaining on vehicles even after purchasing premium wash packages.

The speed of the service has also been a point of concern, with customers reporting that their vehicles were processed too quickly, leading to incomplete cleaning. This suggests that the car wash may be prioritizing speed over quality, which has resulted in customer dissatisfaction.

Specifically, complaints include inadequate vacuuming of interiors and overall rushed cleaning processes. Customers who purchased higher-priced packages, such as the "diamond wash" and "platinum wash," expressed disappointment with the results, feeling that the services did not justify the cost.

In summary, California Oaks Car Wash offers car wash services, but recent customer reviews indicate concerns regarding pricing and service quality. Potential customers should be aware of these reported issues and may want to consider their expectations before choosing this car wash. The reviews highlight that customers feel that the service has declined, and that they feel the service is being rushed.

Prices are going up and service going down. Took my car in yesterday and paid almost $40 for a diamond wash and $10 tip (small car). Been a customer for years! And this is what I got back. Dust all over! Not happy at all… you guys need to step up. I can do way better myself. They’re not spending enough time on the cars. I was in and out of there in less than 15mins.

Went here today for the first time. I bought the platinum wash really expecting them to do a good job. The platinum Wash was $37.99. That kind of money I was expecting a decent job. But unfortunately it was in and out within five minutes. The Driver side wasn’t even vacuumed. Don’t waste your money here.

To give them 2 stars is kind. We had them re do the car because of how bad they did the first time and yet here we are after having them fix it AGAIN. Save your time and money and go somewhere else to be honest.

Just left the car wash and my car is filthy inside. They literally didn’t wipe a thing down inside. With tip this cost $35 and I could have gotten the same thing done down the street at one of the express wash places for $7. Really disappointed in the lack of attention!

I've had several oil changes and car washes here before with no issues and generally good straight forward service, but this time I decided to spring for the ruby detail on my car. The results were not what I was expecting. Guess they went too hard on the buffer or polisher because they burnt through my spoiler paint and primer all the way to the plastic, granted it's a sharp edge. As for the polish on the hood, it looked good with a seal applied but after a little time the rough polishing job is left. Now I wouldn't have been particularly upset about this since the car is old, but the worker tried to pass off their mistake as if the damage was already on the car when it arrived and demanded photos to prove otherwise. Then the manager asked for the receipt of service and wouldn't give it back.
