This place has been since my childhood because my mom will take her car. It was my first going my car and last time going there. I pay 50 for the “best”, bad customer service. They were rude but I still pay because I want to try with my car then I saw ..they crake my window shield and I know it small but I pay 50 for this … I promise that was not there. And I just call them and they say that is normal …

I hate leaving a bad review, but they just dropped the ball in several ways. Everyone was friendly. I popped the hood and asked if they'd be able to get these leaves out from the windshield area. He said "no problem!" After I left, I noticed the driver's side window was full of water stains from my sprinklers. I just went out midday today, one day later, and there are all kinds of little things still stuck to the paint, that I could pop off easily with my fingernail, like bits of leaves and insects. I brought some Windex to do the window and mirror myself, and they cleaned up a lot better. While I was there, I decided to pop the hood. All of the leaves are still there. Maybe the $60 package doesn't get you much these days, with all the inflation, but I was just disappointed all around. This is a new truck, but like in the other photos I'm seeing here, they didn't get it looking clean. It's too big and too fancy and too friendly an establishment to do such a poor job on a new Tacoma, especially paying one of the highest rates on their list.

Terrible service and even worse performance. As soon as I got there they pushed me hard to buy a much more expensive package. I said no several times and they eventually backed off. However, they charged me an extra $10 to simple WIPE DOWN THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR WITH A DAMP RAG. I paid the extra charge but did the guy actually wipe down the interior? Less than half of the interior was wiped down--major and obvious areas that needed cleaning were missed. Did they vacuum? Just the footwells--they ignored all other areas. Did they wash the exterior well and remove any spots? No. Did they clean the windows? Not really. Did they wipe down the touch screen and dash and remove dust and debris? Nope. I drove away committed to never return to this establishment again. And in a valley with at least 6 other car washes, they can’t afford to keep alienating customers like they did with me. Good riddance. In response to the owner's comments--the service advisor never looked in my car before suggesting the more expensive package. He had no idea whether the interior was dirty or not—and he was trying to sell me a $100 interior cleaning package. Moreover, my car was in the same condition when I took it to Valencia Car Wash a month ago and they had no problem getting it perfectly clean for $10 less than it cost me at your shop.

It’s been good for so years , never had any problems with the workers ,but today I have bad experience with the guy name is Marion , He play game .He want me go through the rails for wash and I try to adjust my car for a sec, so my wheels can fit well on trails, instead being patient he just run and do other work ( vacuum) in other side , make me wait , when he came I took his pict and he left again and call manager make me wait again . This man is horrible!!! Marion you need acting right on your work place. No ego in work place Marion !!! And please be more patient and not arrogant!

Today I brought my dodge challenger rt to this carwash, supposedly getting a hand wash which they claimed was a better service than going through the machine, after my service was done, it was nothing but disappointing, dirt and mud still left all over the car, dust and finger prints still inside, not even the decency to properly to wipe the inside of the car nor the mats, not even leaving an air fresher, just left looking exactly how it was brought in, absolutely no quality control, and the workers themselves looking bothered I even brought it up that it wasn't done right. An absolute waste of my money, I will never be coming back here. I'll be taking my business to New Stevenson Ranch Car Wash, there quality never disappoints and less pricey with outstanding service. What an absolute waste of $80 dollars they practically stole my money. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you really want your car properly cleaned.
