Capitol Car Wash

Honestly, really disappointed with the service received. I took my car and chose the best service possible which was above platinum ($29). This was my second time there and honestly I had no difference from the first time when they cleaned with full service ($17). There is no difference they do the same type of cleaning but kept my car for longer and in fact worse than last time. As you can see in the pictures, none of the premium features they promise are given. What got me so frustrated to the point to come here and share my experience, is that they had put my soccer cleats which were in my car on top of my baby’s car seat! I do not understand the hygiene standards they are following! This is honestly unacceptable and as a parent who has a 5 month child, it makes no sense to me to put a pair of shoes into a baby’s seat! There should be serious training with the staff because if a baby gets sick as a result of negligence, it will become an serious issue. I hope that they can educate their staff on being accountable and taking these things more seriously. The manager offered me 50% off on my next visit which was a nice gesture and kind of him, but it’s not about the money but rather on these things never happening ever again to any other customer. Clearly indicates that the staff do not care about you or your car whatsoever. Highly dissatisfying experience.

Excellent thorough job, hard working crew, and a good value for your money. Tip them well, please. There aren’t too many car washes in the area that do interior for you, so I found Capitol in a Google search and decided to try them out even if it was a little bit out of my way, since my dirty minivan needed extra attention. I got the full service which includes basic interior cleaning, to get a benchmark. They exceeded my expectations! They were adequately staffed so the line moved quickly but they really took time on my vehicle to get the job done well, but moved efficiently. They did a great job communicating some special instructions to each other, and the team worked so hard and got everything super clean. They were so thorough, removing mats, vacuuming and washing them down, and vacuuming and wiping every surface, edge and corner. I was impressed by the results, as well as their attitude and their work ethic. I gave them a nice tip and wished I could give more, so I’ll be back and be prepared to tip even bigger next time. Definitely worth recommending and my repeat business.

Before they wasn’t that bad 3time I washed and my car always done duty so now I find a better place really clean, no more capital carwash, thank u

I’ve been taking our cars to Capitol Car Wash for a dozen years, and the service has always been excellent. Interiors, exteriors, floor mats, windshield, mirrors and consoles, all get a thorough cleaning. I usually get the Silver service but sometimes will spend a few bucks more if my wheels or tires need attention. The crews work hard, and the cars drive off sparkling clean.

Today I came here I paid 31dollar they did not wash carpet from trunk I told him please wash they only vacuum it. Also they don’t have spray to remove stain on car.the guy said we don’t had it. Not satisfied.we here to get good service they don’t clean it 100%
