Car Wash

Doesn’t clean. It’s a light rinse and it doesn’t dry fully. I just took my car here, it’s not clean and it has water spots all over. I’m looking at a dirty windshield as I type this. The back bumper has dirt all over it. The specks of dirt in the picture can be easily moved with one finger. The water sprinkled down gently and a few minutes later, I was supposedly done. May as well have left it out in the rain. Not worth a cent since I have to now take it somewhere else!

You better hope you're the only one getting a car wash or be ready to potentially wait 30 minutes or more.... The car wash itself takes a very long time with 1 car at a time from 4:34pm to 4:39pm I only got a car wash because I had about 30 minutes to kill but this actually made me late for where I was going next.. I couldn't escape either because someone pulled in right behind me 😒 When I finished my gas pumping at 4:10pm and got in the car wash line with 4 people in front of me I soon realized my mistake of how long this would be. I wish the fuel pump station would say possibly how many other customers to expect in front of you or the wait time after your done fueling... just something to say hey this could take a long time... Got through at 4:40pm... Oh don't forget to pull around to use the vacuums if you need too.

With 6 cars ahead of me my wait was over 30 minutes. After I finally got into the wash it ripped a large section of trim that was not previously loose off of my roof, costing me $170 to replace. On top of all of that, my car wasn't very clean at all, with large patches of grimey looking areas on my hood and tailgate. I filed a report for the damage with the staff and received a call form a manager the next day. He explained that if he covered every car that his carwash damaged he'd go out of business, and it was my fault for not knowing that my factory trim would get destroyed. Didn't even offer a refund on the wash, much less to cover the damages. I absolutely would not recommend this carwash to anyone.

Love this place for car washes. Good price for the wash, hardly ever busy. The machine does a great job of getting stuff off my car left by the birds and I really appreciate that they're right off the freeway so I can get right back on You're a great place thanks Shell!
