I paid $20 for $18 self-cleaning car wash in cash. The machine did not refund the $2 I was owed. I called the number on the photo. A man picked up my and I explained what happened. He asked which car wash, and if I had the cash app, and would issue a refund. I told him I only had Zelle and Venmo. He agreed and am still waiting for the refund. Clearly, this ripoff place and its owner doesn't return any money due to the customer. Having no personnel to complain to is another problem. People need to stay clear of this place as this owner is the real criminal.

Please do not use this car wash it only cleans the sides and you will pay for the extra wash but it’s really the normal one so if you do have to stop here it better be a quick one because you won’t get much of a cleaning also the fans also will damage your car

Do NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! The center "SOFT TOUCH" bay broke both outside mirrors off my Toyota Camry! There is no company/owner name or phone number posted anywhere on the building. In the pictures below, you can see my mirrors on the floor of the wash bay. STAY AWAY!!!

WORST CAR WASH ON THE MOUNTAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND !! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE AND TAKES YOUR MONEY!! THIS CAR WASH BROKE MY CAR DRIVER SIDE MIRROR!! IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD! NO PHONE NUMBER AND NO CONTACT INFORMATION NOTHING NOBODY WORKING TO COMPLAIN TOO. THE SERVICE AND CAR WASH IT TERRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED TOO!!!!!!! CAUTION!!! I PAID $12 dollars for a car wash I didn't even get that I paid for. The car wash did do something though and it took my mirror.
