Machines stole my money. I put $5 in the change machine and only got $1.50 back. I put $1 in the vacuum and it does NOT work. The machines are broken half the time either soap doesn't come out of the brush, or the final rinse comes out without pressure, forcing you to add more money or risk having a sudsy car. It's good most of the time just be ready with extra coins and be mentally prepared for these problems.

It wouldnt let me put no star and made me pick one star. That's the only reason I put one star cuz I wouldnt put any stars there .The most dirty sketches worst place ever to come the machine took my 5 dollars and didnt give me any change. And there isnt a number you can call or leave a message for anyone cuz it just rings and rings then hangs up on you. To top it off the people that work there act like they dont work there and just watch you frustrate. To the owner of this place you should be a shame of yourself ripping people off especially in a time that money is tight for everyone. I assure you I will find a legal way to make it right...I should've knew this was going to happen since the place looks dirty with trash everywhere and has a schetchy green van park at the corner with a dog that looks like the spc should step in and recuse the poor dog. Never ever again would I come back or recommend this place to anyone....

It's ok but I feel that the products used need to be refilled because sometimes it feels like you're paying for a detailed car wash and getting just water instead.

First of all to the person that lost $5 all you got to do is get there at 7am-7:30am and spk to the man in the black van that is parked by the change machine he will make it RIGHT, second the man that lives in the van has been there many years and he keeps this place very clean and he is very respectful and third the dog is his companion and does not bother anyone. So Michael Dinh get a grip on yourself before you trash a business and a person with his dog, or get ahold of me and i will make it right D**K***D.
