I have never in my life been spoken to so disrespectfully by a manager! I got the ultimate cleaning and I got in my car and there were crumbs and dirt that you could see in plain sight and trash. I very nicely pointed it out to the manager and he said sorry it’s not in plain sight. I tell the customer when they are wrong. He said “well maybe if you would have done upkeep with your car it wouldn’t have gotten this dirty”. I said excuse me? This is a car wash. I asked to talk to the owner and he said that good luck finding him. So I go in and leave my number for the owner and he comes in. I say I never have been spoke to that way and he yelled at me in front of other customers and said “I don’t give a S***”. Terrible Customer service will never go back. All Of this in front of my 11 year old son!!! Shameful!!!!

This is my second time at this car wash and I went back because they did a phenomenal job the first time. They did a horrible job today. My car went through the car wash. The guy wiped the inside dash and he vacuumed part of my floor. My seats were not cleaned. My trunk is not cleaned. I have an SUV and I paid for ‘the works’ which was $32 plus a tip. I basically paid to have my dashboard, my floors and the outside of my car cleaned. It’s suppose to be a full interior cleaning, seats vacuumed, hatch vacuumed. I’m really disappointed. I called and left a message immediately and they told me they would have to have the manager get back to me. I’m still waiting. Update: the manager called me back - he couldn’t have been more ignorant. To get everything cleaned it cost more money. I could wash my car for less than this and have it look brand new! What a ripoff. RESPONDING TO THE OWNER: I paid $32.00 for a less than good car wash AND gave the guy a $10.00 tip. That's not someone looking for a freebie. When you pay that much for THE WORKS you expect that. I called when I noticed my car was not completely cleaned and you 'explained' there are extra charges for each service. You are ripping people off by piece mealing a car wash. Extra for a vacuum, extra for the inside to be done, extra for a hatch vacuum. You offered a rewash on Monday between 8 and 5. A time which I told you I couldn't make because I work. You should have offered for me to come back that same day. Not very good customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of this car wash for 10 years, but my recent experience has left me absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I went in for a routine wash and left my $200+ sunglasses in the car, which were 100% in the vehicle when I dropped it off. I looked at them before leaving. To my shock, after the car wash, my sunglasses were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, I was met with a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. He stated that they aren’t responsible for any items left in the car and pointed to a sign that supposedly covers them. What was most upsetting, though, was his dismissive attitude. He told me that I was probably forgetful and that my sunglasses might not have been in the car at all. No apology, no concern for my situation—just laughter and minimization of my loss. I’ve trusted this car wash for a decade, and this experience was incredibly shameful. No accountability, no empathy, and certainly no care for long-time customers. I won’t be coming back here after this, and I strongly advise anyone who values their belongings to find a business that respects their customers and takes responsibility for their actions. Rating: 1/5 – Terrible customer service and a disappointing end to a long relationship.

I don't recommend this car wash to anyone, after a $36 car wash, as they say ultimate. You get the car in the same condition as you left it. I'm attaching some pictures here to convince you that it's not worth it. There is no difference between 15$ and 36$. I recommend the owner to watch how the guys work. Thank you and do not wash here

Have been coming here for years with my mom. The prices are outrageous. The main reason I came and paid that much was to get the dog hair off of the backseat of a rental. I got the 2nd option basic wash ($24 plus $5 tip) they spent a while cleaning it but I’m not really sure on what. I had asked if I could use the vacuum to get the remainder of the stuff up. They told me it is hard to get dog hair up which I understand. They got some of it up they overall just did a lousy job vacuuming. My back window they never vacuumed either. Didn’t wipe out my cupholders good at all. Very disappointed with today’s wash outside does look good and so do the windows. Never will be back for the car wash unless someone gives me a coupon book with free washes. The owner is a nice guy however he was inside.
