Chapman Car Wash

Went to Chapman car wash to go clean my car, it was totally worth it. The price is $27 worth every penny, they even clean it with hand, and they did a very good job. My car look new new, service was very fast too about 40 min wait but totally worth it, will come again..

Went there this morning. They did not do a very good job on the outside or the inside. There was a giant dusty spot right in the middle of the hood near the windshield, dirty spots around the edges of my vehicle, bottom of the windows on the outside where the glass meets the door is still dirty, inside dash and speedometer area looks like they just kind of smeared the dust around, shifter cover was literally untouched, the seats and the floors were clean which was good and it smelled nice and the wheels were shined. 5/10 probably won’t come again.

These guys and their team work very hard. I’ve been going to this car wash the last 2-3 years and getting the Royal wash every few months in between washing my car and truck myself. I always do a quick walk around with whoever is detailing after the wash to show them I appreciate the work and why I give the detailer a generous tip, that being said…today I felt rushed and couldn’t walk around my truck completely. It was parked in a very awkward spot in front of the exit from the wash tunnel. It was parked so close to another car I couldn’t walk around the passenger side well enough to see the job they did… the detailer was shaking my keys frantically with his hands over his head the whole time saying “por favor, por favor…” when I got home and got a better look in the sunlight they definitely did not “polish wax” or wash the truck completely. Along the passenger side on the lower portion from the front bumper, doors, and bed fender… was black/brown grease like smudges/swirls made with a hand towel. The tires were properly cleaned and dressed but the wheels were poorly done or not cleaned and wiped at all. Roof still had bird droppings… The interior looked dull as if it was only wiped down with a wet cloth and no cleaner or conditioner was used. For $50 including tip I would have expected a lot more attention to detail.

First time here and not impressed, I have wax on my trim (not from them) as I had just bought my car and asked if they could remove it the gentle man said yes and we'll throw some armor all on the trim after to make it look better. They also said they'd hand wash it, the wash was not good the vehicle was still dirty and the wax was still there, they didn't even try just threw amoral over the plastic and not even correctly. It looks splotchy and uneven, 35 isn't a bad price but I would have gotten a better wash at a drive through wash.

Brand New Car only ever got it washed at the dealership. Went to get it washed and came out with scratches... They use the same drying towels instead of clean towels for every car so you'll get scratches from all the debris and dirt they wiped off the cars before you. I went this morning. Never going here ever again.
