Chino Valley Car Wash

I asked for no tire dressing and they did it anyway I complained and they fixed it but on the interior of my car was a 2 star rating at best. As I was driving home I could wipe dust off of my console 😞

Usually I’m pretty happy with my car washes is here. I don’t know what happened this time. I got the luxury pack wash. When I got home I was getting out of the car and noticed that my front seats still had my dogs fur on them. My front windshield still had little branches from the trees. Next time I don’t care if I’m in a hurry or not. I’m going to check my car really good before I leave.

I always come here and today they made me so mad. I sat their waiting for my car and the guy calls me tells me my car is ready but he won't give Me my keys bc I didn't pay!!!! He didn't even ask me ma'am did u pay for car wash. He already assumed and accused me and refused to give me my keys. I sware I felt so embarrassed. I paid in cash and had my receipt in my hand. Manager who is asian claims to be manager. I doubt he is....but later apologizes to me he made a mistake on his part. And employees are told to hold onto customers keys ....I should've got a free car wash I got nothing. 2 years since I moved here and I always bring my buisness here. NOT ANYMORE!!!!! NOT WHEN YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A THIEF WHEN I WORK HARD AND I ALWAYS PAY ....I DIDNT GET A APOLOGY FROM THE ATTENDANT WHO HAD A SERIOUS ATITUDE PROBLEM. HE WAS IN THE WRONG. HE SHOULDVE ASKED HIS BOSS FIRST BEFORE MAKING ACCUSATIONS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY CAR GOOD. SPOTS AND DIRT EVERYWHERE. DID U THINK I WOULD LEAVE A TIP TODAY? NOOOO. BEWARE IF U COME HERE, SAVE YOUR RECIEPT THEY WILL ACCUSE U OF NOT PAYING! BAD FOR BUISNESS. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. NEW STAFF. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED.

I asked why so many charges and fees, one it cost me an additional 3 dollars because it was a truck, then I said where does it say that? He said on the board as you walk in, but not on the packages that you can choose from. Then if you’re using a ATM they charge 45 cents more. I complained (nickel and dimming your customer). Then he got offended and asked if I still want my car washed. On my lunch so I told yes but this will be the last time
