Citrus Car Wash

It's so hard to find a good car wash... This isn't it. We paid extra for a hand car wash, a week ago... And we just didn't check it closely enough. After getting home we realized how dirty it still was, it looked like they had used dirty rags to wipe down everything. After paying for it to be washed, I had to hand wipe down all surfaces again We called to complain and spoke with Marcos, he was fine, he told us to bring it back and to talk to Steve when we return. He told us to come right back, but we had already wiped it down. So we agreed to Fri/Sat. Well we came back, we spoke to Marcos directly. After we thought everything was squared away we started walking away to wait, but then this manager, Steve called after us and started questioning us very aggressively, asking us to pay before we leave, so we had to explain again to him that this was a redo. He accused us of having dogs in the car and that's why it wasn't clean! Yes we have dogs, no we didn't bring them. The car wasn't dirty from hair, they're non shedding. We were offended by the attempted blame. He threatened to check the cameras. We said do it. Jeez. Once the car was washed again ... You know what? It still wasn't particularly clean. So that's that, this place just doesn't do a good job cleaning. And when I confronted Steve again, already resigned that it wasn't worth bothering to complain fuether. We just won't come back. And so I asked "Are we good, then?", he shrugged. I asked if he had checked the cameras, and he said no, I believe you. OK buddy, you didn't act like we were believing at first. We brought the car back to them to give a chance for them to fix their service, it was still bad, and even worse the managers involvement and questioning just made us mad all over again. Talk to your damn employees man. I know customer service is dead, but I'm in no way surprised why this place has such middling reviews, and they're worse on Yelp!

I used to come to this place years ago. A little pricey than most but well worth it. WHAT HAPPENED? I was greeted by the rudest guy. He end up being the owner. The prices are super high. You can get better price at high end places. This place is falling apart. DON’T COME HERE!

I took my truck to get detailed. When I went to pick it up they didn't clean inside the middle console, big console, sun visor mirrors, or the entire truck bed. The truck cover hadn't even been opened up and there was still dirt,leafs, and other debris in the truck bed. Really poor job overall. I will not be going back after spending $275.

Great service and prices. It was my 1st ever visit. I will keep going here. Visited on 6/28/23. They offer specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They even offer a loyalty card. They offer a full variety of car detailing to meet all your needs

This place doesn’t deserve a one ⭐️! Took my car in this week and service was horrible. No one vacuumed the inside of my car or cleaned the center console. When car was washed it was one of 20 cars waiting to be dried. There was only ONE elderly man drying cars. The owners just stood around watching and not helping at all. waste of money here
