Clean & Spotless Car Wash

This was my first time getting an oil change here, and they offered a free car wash, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, the results ended up costing more than a “free” car wash—they damaged my bumper. When I asked about it, they claimed the machine couldn’t be controlled and said my bumper was already loose before going in. However, my bumper was perfectly fine beforehand. But after The bumper clip was broken, and the bumper itself was folded, which suggests the machine was either malfunctioning or not properly adjusted according to my car size because it was look like something pull off my car bumper. When I brought this up, they just pointed to their posted signs, but that doesn’t change the fact that their machine caused the damage. And the picture clearly shows that something pull off the bumper very strong. Because bumper folded it self.

Very very very Rude and clueless workers. From the useless manager down to the cleaners. They left my car and went to clean others without any explanation. Talked to the manager. He did not care. He ignored me and kept on talking to some else. They do not care. Take your business somewhere else. My car was not properly cleaned. windows are still dirty. Told the useless manager he did not care at all. I know loosing one business is nothing you but i will make sure everyone knows about how nonchalant this place is. It’s useless.this is a service I paid for with my hard earned money. They handle your car carelessly too. From the reviews you’d know it’s a uselsss place. They are just concerned about the money. Stay away from. Someone will sue you guys soon. Don’t worry. Keep playing with your business

Stay far away from this car wash. Not only did they leave my car dirty and full of scratches, but they also stole coins from inside my car. The service is beyond awful, and the staff clearly has no respect for customers or their property. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy place. If your car is new, be extra careful. IN RESPONSE OF THE REPLY: how do you know those marks were there before the washing ? Also, replicating is not the best way a business should reply to a bad review. A business always look to have customer happy. This shows a lot of how you are.

I always go to this car wash because I’ve always found a fast and convenient. Until today. I went and got my oil change and pulled back around to get my free car wash that comes with the oil change. I had a piece on my side mirror loose, remember what I said “loose”. I could always snap it back on. After getting my car washed, I noticed that an inner part of the side mirror was broken so when I was trying to snap the piece back on like I usually do, it would not go back on because of this broken piece that you can see in the picture. I go over to the “owner” and told him hey I know the piece was already loose but now it’s inner part that’s broken so is there anyway that you guys could fix it. Mind you all it needs is some sealant or some type of glue to glue the piece back on. I wasn’t even gonna go off the fact that they broke it because I just assumed the pressure wash or sending it through the car wash thing broke It. The guy starts going off about how it was already broken as i’m trying to explain to him that no it wasn’t. He pulls up a video showing me that the piece was loose and in the video you can see CLEARLY that YES the piece was loose but you can see that the inner part was still in one piece. Now i’m like yep there you go send me the video and i’ll just send it to my insurance. Mans starts talking bout “call the police” so that’s exactly what i did because now that i pointed out that it wasn’t broken in his video he talking bout call the police. Police comes and im explaining what happened suddenly the “owner” is NO WHERE to be found. Anyway, i finished talking with the cops and go back over to my car and now the whole part that was cracked is MISSING!! i’m like where is the piece, some random comes and hands it to me claiming it was on the ground!!! LIES you can see in the picture it was broken/cracked but not completely off so they went over there and messed with it and broke it off completely. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. They are liars and thieves and all BUMS

I’ve been coming to this spot ever since I got my license, which was years ago. The workers always do a great job not only with the car washes, but oil changes and detailing as well. 10/10, would def recommend.
