This is an update to my original frustrated review. You can read below. Having left a negative review they immediately responded and we’re very appreciative of my feedback and my business. Looking back on it I probably could have got the same results by speaking to Alex, the manager versus posting a review. It’s nice to know that this company cares enough about its business that it reads and responds to everything that customers post and any feedback they receive. I’ve been with them for three years and unfortunately I have to cancel because I’m moving to Phoenix but I can’t recommend them enough. And if you have any feedback, just ask for Alex , he’s awesome …. my previous review below….. Very frustrated!!! A year ago this would’ve been a five star rating but NOT now. The last three times I’ve ended up with nothing but dirty hazy windows. Trust me, it’s not the towel. For a car wash that means one of two things, they don’t change their water or they don’t change their filters. I’ll be canceling my membership that I’ve had for over three years. I can’t notify management anymore and have them do nothing. images are from the wash today.

The machines don’t clean the back of cars leaving them dirty with slap marks from the plastic. The “tire cleaner” sprayed all over my car and left grease spots that I can’t get out. My car still looked dirty afterwards. I’ve been stopped inside the machine twice, with terrified kids in the car. This car wash is awful!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Clean wave car wash took my car to this car wash with the hopes of getting a thorough cleaning. However, my visit turned out to be a complete disaster. It left noticeable remnants of bird poop on my car, it also managed to spread the mess further, resulting in an even more unsightly appearance. I discovered new scratches on my car's exterior door handles after the visit. It was disheartening to see that not only did it fail to clean my car properly, but it also managed to damage it in the process. I expected a premium service for the cost I paid, I chose the Ultimate Shine and Protection but what I received was a shoddy and disappointing outcome. I strongly advise against using Clean wave Car wash for any car cleaning needs. Using this car wash left my car with unsightly bird droppings, additional scratches. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential damage to your vehicle by seeking an alternative car wash that values customer satisfaction.

These car washes suck! Bring back hand washing. I’ve given them numerous chances, and there’s always bird poop on my truck. There is nothing like a human doing a wash. These drive through things don’t do a job worth paying for. I don’t get why they would downgrade the business by getting rid of guys who dry and make sure there’s not poop on it. The last time I went, my windows still looked filthy. Again, I don’t get it. Get rid of the kids working there and hire the men back, who actually work. Why is this hard to find now?

Excellent costumer service. The manager Alex, personally emailed to ensure satisfaction. The staff is always attentive and friendly. First time my wheels were throughly cleaned on a drive through car wash. The vacuum area is kept clean and location is perfect for me. Will be coming back and highly recommend!
