Clement's Car Wash

One of three things 1. My car wasn’t cleaned and yes I paid the most expensive option there was. It was full of dirty spots inside and outside I had to clean in detail my interior when I got home and now have to clean my windows because hello look at photos. So unprofessional. 2. They threw away my back seat protectors I had to call and ask them if they still had them and they did. I went back for them and an older man was arguing with me that my husband shouldn’t have told him to throw everything away I told him my husband told him to throw away trash not my seat protectors! It was there error and still trying to blame me the customer and I was just like its fine it happens I’ll go back for them and I get there and he starts an argument with me?! We are done with this place very unprofessional. 3. You’re better off going to pay for those $5 car wash it does a better job than these guys. And yes I did tip the guy but that was before seeing how terrible he left my car. Have better customer service and teach your workers how to wash and detail the cars because we won’t be coming back here.

At Your Own Risk. If you want to get a last-minute car wash here, do it at your own risk. I gave them a shot once before after quickly going over some of the reviews but after this second chance (the first wash was not a great one) they damaged my car. I went back to the place and Rogelio, normally the person assigning tickets, tried blaming another cosmetic damage on my car to the damage I went to report. To be honest, this is my first ever review and I would just want to give anyone I can a piece of mind before visiting this “business”.

This place is a joke. Paid $33 for a basic wash and they left multiple spots with dirt. All the workers here are teenagers with no car wash experience. When I pointed out all the spots to management where there was residue she said that I got a basic wash and if I wanted more I needed to pay more. Then I kid you not, she pointed to the car next to me to show me leftover dirty spots. All they did was rinse my car with water. I legit had to grab a towel with a spray bottle to clean the car myself. It’s no wonder they need payment up front cause they know they’re doing a piss poor job of cleaning your car. Seriously the worst “hand” wash I’ve ever paid for.

First time going here today and they do a great job 👏 definitely would recommend, I got the #4 treatment since my car really needed it and oh boy, did they do amazing. My car is nice and clean not to mention shiny! Super quick too, Good job guys 👍🏼 & thanks!

Horrible job! I paid for the most expensive wash and the guys wiped it with dirty rags. I had to do the entire car myself. I have been to this carwash 2times now and both times They Suck! I will Not ever come here again! I do Not recommend this place!
