Coast Hand Car Wash & Detail Center

I was excited about trying this place out, unfortunately my experience wasn't as expected. I paid for "presidential" service but it wasn't quite that. The out side was decent minus the rims, they still had dirt that could've been easily wiped off, they could've have vacuumed more efficiently, and interior could have used a better wipe down. My bad for not checking before leaving and they had closed by the time I realized it needed a bit more attention...

Don’t come here. This is my second car wash and I should’ve learned my lesson after the first one. For a 47 dollar car wash after taxes you’d expect for your truck to be clean. I pulled the back mat to have them vacuum that area. It wasn’t done. You’d expect them to clean the plastic materials inside the car. They didn’t. I found numerous areas in the interior outside of my back area that weren’t wiped down. The guy at the front doesn’t listen to what you have to say it’s an immediate upsell to something you don’t want. Got a one star because the water I bought was pretty cold. Find another place to have your car washed.

Awesome carwash and very nice Staff. They also have a HELLUVA Monthly Special. It's unbeatable if you get your whip washed at least 2 to 3 times per month with the Executive Package. Very, very nice facility with 3 separate seating areas and multiple comfortable chairs to sit in. One inside with marble like tables, plush chairs, and a large screen television. They have an almost full selection of beverages and snacks, coffee of a few different kind. Two very nice and always clean restrooms with marble floors and state of the art hand dryers AND paper towels if you prefer them instead (like I do). There's a raised seating area out front so you can see your vehicle being taken care of, and a very nice view. Then there's another patio style large seating area just across from the front seating area where you can also see your vehicle. While your vehicle is being cared for, they have managers like Javier and other walking around, making sure that everything is up to their standards, and also answering and taking care of any concerns customers may have. The cashiers are also very nice and classy. In my opinion, I don't think 5 stars is enough, compared to a lot of other carwashes that I've been to. So I'd give them 5☆s for the job they do, 5☆s for the staff, and 5☆s for the actual facility! And if you think I'm blowing smoke... check out some of my not so good reviews. 💯

We got our car washed for the basic package, but they damaged the plastic covering on the center console. It was clearly hit with glue and extreme heat to quickly fix it but the heat damaged surrounding console surfaces. We could have returned and dealt with someone in charge but given the previous reviews citing the lack of resolution, we did not want to deal with the headache of having to prove it wasn't like that prior. Super disappointing, my family has been going here for years.

For the hefty cost, they do a decent job at best. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here in two months and both times they have told me my car is ready, I walk over to see that seats still need to be wiped down, there’s still spots on the exterior that need to be removed…this is definitely not top notch service, even though the cost says otherwise. I also had to remind them of the freshener I paid for. There needs to be more attention to detail if I’m going to pay $50. I can pay that same amount for someone to come to my house and clean my car.
