Coastline Express Car Wash

I’ve been coming here for the past year and it’s been great. LEMME tell you though when I was having the worst day and I pulled up thinking I had my card. DID NOT. pressed for the help button and although it took a second for someone to show they apologized and I explained I just have to leave because I don’t have a physical card. To my surprise they GAVE ME A WASH ANYWAY 😭 it was so sweet and the workers were so nice. Made my week and my cars all clean and spotless !! Thank you guys !

This is my favorite place to get my car washed, the property is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I haven't had any issues at all, all vacuums and air guns work properly. GOOD JOB GUYS!!! Keep it up.

I have visited this place a multiple times, and the staff has always been very attentive. They provide great customer service, and I highly recommend it. The machines function well, and they usually have someone available to dry the car, which is comfortable for those of us who prefer not to do it ourselves. Overall, I give them a five-star rating because I truly love this place.

I’ve been a member here for about a year, but I decided to cancel my membership after noticing circular scratches on both of my brand-new vehicles—scratches that weren’t there before. It seems to be an issue with these type of car wash, as the soft cloth rollers can pick up debris from other vehicles, which may then cause damage.

I have been a long-time customer of Coastline Carwash, but after my recent experience, I will be canceling my membership. My encounter with a supervisor named Ricky was absolutely unacceptable. When I pulled up to the car wash, there was a car in front of me that had just entered the machine. The attendant (Ricky) directed me to pull up and put my car in neutral to start the car wash. I was hesitant but complied since it’s the attendant’s job to make sure the cars are spaced out evenly. I put my car in neutral and let go of the break as instructed by Ricky, only to have my car pushed forward into the vehicle ahead. I quickly hit the breaks but since we were so close together, I still bumped the car. I reversed out of the machine and rolled my window down to speak with the attendant and before I could even get a word in, Ricky began yelling at me as if I had hit his own car. He cussed at me, called me names, and blamed me for what had just happened (all of which I caught on video with my dash cam and will be emailing to his direct supervisor). I was appalled by his behavior and tried to defend myself, stating that it was HIS job to make sure I wasn’t too close to the other car before directing me to put my car in neutral. He refused to take any responsibility and continued berating me with profanities and insults, calling me dumb, stupid, cursing at me, and saying I lacked common sense. It was shocking to be treated this way, especially by a supervisor (which I later found out from his coworkers). I have never in my life been cussed at by an employee at any establishment. Rather than taking responsibility for his role in the situation, he escalated the conflict, yelling at me at his own place of employment. After several minutes of him screaming at me, I realized he was not going to stop so I pulled through the car wash and parked. I went inside the office to inquire about getting the video footage for insurance purposes and a much kinder employee assisted me. I must have struck a cord with Ricky when I told him he needed to learn how to do his job better because not five minutes into my conversation with the other employee, Ricky barges into the office through the back door and begins insulting me again, this time in front of two of his colleagues. The more professional employee even apologized to me later for Ricky's behavior in private, highlighting how misplaced his aggression was. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially by someone in a leadership position. I have never been spoken to this way by any employee, let alone a supervisor. I will be reaching out to the owner to express my concerns, as Ricky’s conduct is not reflective of a business that values customer service. Ricky is an embarrassment to this establishment.
