Cobra Express Car Wash- Jamison

I took my 2022 Subaru Impreza to the wash on December 18th and this will be the LAST time I go to this wash or any of the washes owned by this company. After exiting the wash I noticed my front spoiler was completely damaged. When I came back to tell the manager Ryan, he told me “ the owner would call me”. The owner never called me and told me, that it must have been my fault my front spoiler got damaged. If you want your car damaged, go to this wash. If you have a lower car, avoid at all costs. They have security footage of my car entering with the bumper intact, but refused to give it to me. Now I am fighting to get an insurance settlement, to get this car repaired. Thank god was it was not anything else. Rude owner, rude staff and a damaged car. 1 out of 5.

I paid for the top of the line wash. When I exited the wash and went to the vacuums, my car was not quite as clean or as dry as I had expected. It took some significant wiping down with the towels they provide (very nice feature I might add). They also provide glass cleaner and air freshener (3 or 4 different scents, another nice added feature). My only dislike were the vacuums themselves. They kept shutting off, continuously, and had to be reset by someone. They did come back on after a length of time but it happened several times. I'm assuming this was an isolated issue and not the norm. I did really like the added features mentioned above, so I will be back to give them another try. The vacuum issue was the ONLY reason for the 4 stars.

If you are as particular about your vehicle as I am, this car wash is for you! I have been using it, exclusively, for years because it consistently provided a great job cleaning while maintaining the paint. My 2012 and 2016 cars look as good as the day they rolled off the line, and now, recent changes with regard to management, the team and equipment has managed to bring everything up a notch. I have watched, on numerous occasions the manager and other employees interact with customers, especially at the busiest times,…they’re always pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about three years. My kids both actually worked here at one time very convenient. They have rags to dry your vehicle when you’re done vacuums to vacuum it out they leave air freshener to spray inside of the vehicle. Good car wash well worth the money.

Best drive through car wash around- vacuum/detail stations are always open because there are so many. The manager was the nicest person (bald guy) who gave me a hand w some heavy things I left in the back of my truck. The truck is always shining bright!
