Colton Hand Car Wash

I thought this was a decent car wash, they did a good enough job washing my car the past year. Then one of my cars got a bunch of water spots on it, apparently from sprinklers when it was parked at my mechanics shop. So I brought it in and asked them if they could remove them, and they said yes sure with a $200 buff and polish. Lot of money but I said okay if you can remove them go ahead. Came back several hours later and they had not removed any of the spots, not a single one, not even the ones on the windows they couldn't remove. And they still demanded $200 for me to get my car back, use caution getting anything but a regular car wash with these guys, that's the only thing apparently they're okay at. Pic is of the roof of my car with the sun shining on it in the middle of the picture (without that light you can't see them so easy). They gave me a whole $20 discount wow since they didn't accomplish anything, they said they still had to be paid for their labor even though they accomplished nothing, ridiculous. Good thing I paid with a credit card, Discover refunded me but I'm never going there again

I have come to Colton Hand Car Wash for the past 6 years, and I have never once had a terrible service. I am always happy with the final outcome of my vehicle. The shine lasts for days on end. Even if I summon the rain Gods by getting my car washed, I never see any raindrop residue on my car; the rain just beads off. Everybody is always very nice. I think they have a stamp card, too. I know I have one where if you do 10 car washes, you get their free basic hand car wash. I think that's an awesome idea for customers. You can see your vehicle being vacuumed, you can see it being hand washed, and you could see it being detailed. I have never once had any problems with theft or damage. That, to me, is a RARITY in Car Wash locations. I would say I've never waited more than an hour for my car. Depending on how many cars, my typical wait time is 30-45 minutes. You can go eat/drink at the V-red gas station or cross the street for Mexican food or Pizza on the West, East, and South side of the car wash while you wait or just chill outside or inside their building. If you like exercising, bring your headphones and walk the circle of Meadow Lane, Old Ranch Road, Cooley lane, and Washington road as you wait. Great value for the money. I do the $30 car wash. I highly recommend this location.

Went there at as birthday gift from family to get my car cleaned and detailed, took alittle longer than I'd normally like but the work done was some of the best I've ever had. It looks right out of the factory or better will definitely be making them my go to from now on to get my jeep done.

I have a lowered vehicle with oversized wheels, which typically would not fit through any conventional roller. Thankfully, they offer a true hand washing service for only slightly more than the regular wash. They took care of the vehicle and really got it as clean as reasonable and even vacuumed a majority of the pet hair inside. For a nominal fee, they'll spend extra time to make sure it all gets cleaned out. If I'm ever in the area in need of a wash, I'll happily look them up.

Worse ever wash service I’ve ever had. Nobody to guide you into the place. The guy vacuuming only did the bare minimum. Don’t vacuum the whole vehicle. Still dirt on my Tahoe. There are 3 people running the whole place. Shoulda listened to my instinct and left. Lazy workers. What a waste of money.
